very dirty and dusty. very poorly organized. we only chose this hotel because we had to book last minute. the dishes were already dirty, we couldn't even use them because there was no dish detergent or sponge in the kitchen they provide you, they told us to go buy them ourselves. the room itself just wasn't clean, the sheets very old and worn out. I'm glad i brought my own pillow case. the fan they gave us was so dusty as well. very bad smell in the hallways, no air condition. very noisy and loud area because i think the highway is near. the damage deposit isn't only EUR 100 like they specify on here or in the private messages, but 200 for longer stays, +5 days if i remember correctly. i am now still waiting, 4 days after the check out, to receive my refund after the employee at the desk that morning specifically told us that everything was set and we would get the refund. we went inside again to ask how long I'd have to wait, he said maximum of 48 hrs. I'm still waiting. now they are saying over the phone that if there is some short of delay is because we have damaged the room. like i said, that never happened nothing has been broken in the room, but also the employee simply let us go without checking the room together. very poorly organized staff. the check in also took us 1 hour. we had to wait downstairs, and i guess that was no issue, but they proceeded to give us the wrong room: i had booked a twin bed room, they gave us a room with one bed for two. we fixed the issue shortly after that but again, just very poorly organized hotel. i would recommend this hotel it just as a last resort, if you cant find any other place. that's it. i better get my 200 euro refund back as soon as possible.

Large and clean room

Spacious room, all equipped kitchenette, clean and modern, large welcoming hobby, friendly staff, very well heated (in winter), well insulated from sound, 10 minutes walk away from the RER E. Spotted some cockroaches (small, but not very pleasant). The neighborhood is not where I would live personally, but there is a recent residential area and a canal around the Parc de la Bergère that is pleasant for a run.

I loved that it had a kitchenette and cutlery, plates, cups etc. The traffic was a bit noisy at times, but the windows were noise cancelling which was great and the wind down black out shutters were incredible! We had great sleep ins! We loved the area! Also was close to get a few groceries and there was a beautiful patisserie close by as well as great restaurants. The metro was a short walk. The staff were all very lovely! We were a bit disappointed that the internet didn’t work for the entire 8 days we were there, but the staff told me I could get a SIM card across the street. 15 euros. It worked great. I would have liked fresh towels mid week but they only change them every 7 days. Which we still didn’t get new towels.

Lift was fast Location, surrounding and also cant use the wifi . No signal. They told us to coonect youtube in tv through personal hotspot. Felt very bad. I didnt like the service. Never gonna stay there. And also the heater was not working well and also the wall air vent didnt went off . Whole night it was on and make us disturb while sleeping. I stayed there for 3 nights and requested them to repair. But they didnt repair.

Close to your needs to buy from market. 10 min walk close to RER. Internet is not available at corner rooms.
