New and very clean room, staffs are lovely and helpful Noisy from the bars around all night and breakfast could improve more on pastry to worth the price.

Before arrival, I requested a high-floor room, but I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor. Since the hotel is located on Soi 7, the room was very noisy late into the night because of the nearby bars and nightlife. If you are a light sleeper, be sure to request a higher floor and confirm it before arrival. The hotel was also not flexible during check-in, and when I requested to check out two days earlier, they refused to provide any refund or partial credit for the unused nights. This was disappointing, especially considering that many hotels try to accommodate such requests when possible. The rooftop swimming pool looks attractive in the photos, but it is only about one meter deep, making it more suitable for relaxing than for actual swimming. Overall, the hotel has a modern design and a good location, but the lack of flexibility, the noise from Soi 7, the limited breakfast options for Muslim guests, and the shallow pool significantly affected my experience. I hope the management considers improving these aspects for future guests.

Love this place and I go there everytime i go to Pattaya. Breakfast is great, has a very nice gym and pool. Is very central and 5m from the beach.

The hotel was in a great location, right in the middle of everything (Just be aware that it could be a bit noisy at this location.) The room was very clean, but had a strong, moldy smell. Also, I still don't understand the value of having a balcony if I'm not allowed to smoke cigarettes.
