The Hotel is very clean, staffs are friendly Swim pool is off limits to religious guests as it required very short swim suits.

NOT RECOMMENDED! Room is very dirty, i told the ladies at the reception my blanket has hole in it and they just ignored. Not suitable for family as there is condoms in the room and they will deduct you for your deposit and won't tell you whats the reason. Worst stay so far!

if you're there for partying, girls, booze, this is a great great place, middle in the action of everything and also very close to the beach, if you're for some reason just for a quiet peaceful night, go to Jometien. One thing i didnt like was, as i was single guy, the hotel staff was constantly questioning whether i would bring a lady, i know shes doing her job, but constantly asking and even insisting there's CCTV, even though i said i wouldn't felt annoying. was there for an event and just wanted a peaceful night by the beach.

The swimming pool on the 8 floor nice and staffs at the pool very nice and helpful, room Ok big enough just need tv updating Reception at the front desk not my favorite , and parking lots to small for all cars breakfast not my favorite my coffee always warm not hot

When we walk in the front desk had no professional experience feel like not welcome even we checked in late night we tired from travel their faces had attitude , all the first floor it hot no ac on can’t barely sitting there and room too small and tv too old and no tubs, pool ok people nice at the pool and friendly , breakfast ok but people too busy to taking care guests ?♀️ Late night checking in with front desk people too loud with no smile no welcome and no tub in my room every time we left the room the room will be hot when we get back

I simply love this hotel. It has a great location on Soi 7, and it is in the middle of all the action on the Soi. The breakfast was big and filling with something for everyone every day. The staff was amazing with a highlight on the beautiful front desk staff. My room was really nice and was cleaned every day. The floor maid was super sweet and nice, and I made sure i tipped her and she went out of her way. Soi Night Out is very close to the hotel, and you can over to Soi 8 and enjoy that as well. The hotel is closer to second road but still a nice walk to Beach Road. I rented a scooter and the malls are a short ride. For anyone inquiring they are guest friendly and very safe with the staff watching over you. Bhat Buses came in handy and there are all kinds of different people that stay there, Single people, married people and families. The two pools are great and very easy to access. This hotel made my 8th time to Thailand so enjoyable. I wish they had a gym, but they do not. But everything else was amazing.
