The pool was half of the day in the shade. Also the prices at the pool were very high in my opinion.

The room was very nice. The breakfast is outstanding. Staff are good and helpful. The check in was a bit slow.

Everything was above what I expected! The staff, the room, the security, and the view were all worth much more than I paid! Thank you!!! The only let down is the internet. It was slow and at times it so slow I gave up on my laptop and moved to my phone.

The staff is great, nice and helpful. The room look exactly the same as picture, new and clean the view is amazing. I'd requested the room decoration for my boyfriend's birthday and it's look nice. The breakfast is good. The location is just a few minutes walk to the beach and mall. There's a lot of bar nearby. Pretty loud noice. They were loud until at least 2 AM on both night of my stay. In the evening there'll be a lot of sexy lady sit in front of all bar calling everyone to stop by their bar. A bit awkward.

The view was good. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was good, really tailored to Indian people. But did have normal continental breakfast. Everything was decently clean, and renovated. The room smell, and the room Didn't have a comfortable seat. A cockroach came into my room. I think for the price of the room, it shouldn't have those issues.

I don't like breakfast. There are tons of Turkish people visiting pattaya and a considerable number of them stays in sunbeam hotel, they should have better options for Turks for breakfast.

Staff and breakfast was excellent Very busy with lots of tour groups sometimes very loud but was limited to the check in/out times.

The breakfast was good, even though it wasn’t free. Good service and close to the beach! Convenient location. The bathrooms are too small.

Excellent location, very short walk to the beach and to Central Mall. Room is good, looks newly renovated. All hotel staff are superb! They even booked additional parking slots at Central Mall for hotel guests, including golf cart service!

The reception was not good. I wanted to enter at 1:00 PM and they made me wait a whole hour, knowing that the room was ready since 12:00 PM.
