Bed, area to work very dirty, never clean before and during my one week there even if i asked to the manager they do, they answer yes, but they never do. liars about the equipment, the tv is not a flat tv, very old tv , and the aircon run a very bad smell of gaz at first time, the room and bathroom smell bad globally

Just location There’s a noticeable lack of hospitality here. Once you enter, it feels like you owe something to the property. The way they welcomed us—with a rather unfriendly look and attitude—was unsettling. The property still has old-fashioned electric switches, perhaps from the 1980s. Maybe they’re aiming to preserve a heritage look, but it’s not well-executed. Also, the reception service isn’t exactly customer-friendly.

It located very near to Pattaya Central Shopping Mall as well as the beach. The room was ok based on the price. Considered affordable. Air condition is decent. The toilet is a little small. You cannot adjust the water heater temperature at all. The TV requires a password to switch on. It will be a challenge if you have big luggage as there is no elevator and the stairs are a little steep.

Localisation , close to all atractions I not recomend this for tourist and couple, this rather room for few hours with girl, for sextourist. Rom was in poor condition, no safety box, bathroom very poor , after taking shower everything was under flow. Bathrom was also dirty with mold on the tiles. I got alergy due to mold from air condion and in bathrom. Price was oround 500bth , good localisation so if you plan be few hours with girl is ok, but not recomend stay for longer.
