The location is close to the Perugia Airport and the city of Perugia, in the Heart of Umbria, with close proximity to hillside towns to explore. The pool is lovely. No screens on the windows.

very cozy and welcoming, close to everything since it’s a small town but still charming. Heating was working perfectly which is good because it was really cold. Room was perfectly clean and tidy. The owner also runs a café, so breakfast is there and they’re very generous, also a nice opportunity to meet locals.

The location was superb - right in the center of Norcia and easy to get to as well as easy to access everything else in town. Comfortable and spotlessly clean room (and warm as well, which was appreciated on the cold rainy day I was there). Excellent breakfast in the morning in the attached cafe. Friendly staff. Good value for money. I was sorry the restaurant was closed while I was there. the neighbours in other rooms decided to have a party late in the evening and into the morning which unfortunately disrupted my sleep and kept me awake - as did the arriving food truck very early in the morning. Would take ear plugs next time.

Perfect location. Very comfortable bed. Bar below is part of the property. Nice outdoor place to stop for a coffee or beer. Also had ice cream.

The hosts were very kind. The room was essential but clean and confortable in any aspect. Norcia is outstanding although still recovering from the 2016 earthquake.

Functional room with good bed, small but functional bathroom. Room of ok size, parking for free on the plaza. Breakfast at the cafe below. Good heating.
