There wasn't a single positive thing about this hotel The hotel was very dirty, there was no mini-fridge, and the safe was broken (there was no key for the safe either). The lamps had no light bulbs. The walls were also dirty, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room.

What to like....gosh.....not that much... You know quantity does not equal QUALITY...just because it was big (2 rooms) and in the basement(bad smell everywhere) does not mean it meets our needs for the price tag...just simply a waste of space...most of the facilities were broken, it seems nobody cares even though they were informed upon check-in...whatever...will not come back here...even for FREE...Neah !!!!!

Cleanness of pillow and bed linen low and overall the facility not maintained for a while, hence mouldy smell in the rooms, like in the old houses

- Even though the rooms and the hotel non-smoking, the whole room was full of smoke because somebody smoked constantly and through the extractor it came into out room, where a 3-month old baby slept. No stuff, no help, nothing at all. After 22:00 it supposed to be quiet, yet somebody did a party upstairs. Horrible experience, never again….

The family room had a big spacious bathroom The walls are thin. The doors are not sound proof. We were awake really early because of all the noise from the hall.

The shower stall needs updating. It was ok for us, but you should know there is not an elevator and the room was sort of tight for larger bodies.

Location was close to family we were visiting

We missed/forgot to pay at the hotel according to the agreement because the reception told us at departure that everything is payed already. Just a few hours later we uncovered that the apartment had already contacted booking.com flagging us for not having paid the stay. It took us at two hours of calling booking.com (twice) to clarify that this was not an act of crime but a miscommunication with the fault of the hotel. To proof our non-criminal intentions, we were asked to take actions after arrival at home around Sunday midnight. TLDR: The hotel behaved really unprofessional by flagging us at booking.com even though the missed payment was the fault of the hotel. With only one single attempt to call us and the hotels impatience for a call-back (3 hours was not fast enough), we got flagged at booking.com and needed to invest a lot of time clarifying the situation. -> Customers have to pay for the faults of the hotel.

I had a very uncomfortable experience during my stay. I'm a solo female traveler, and although the check-out time was 11:00, at 9:36 AM an older man (possibly staff I don't know) entered my room without knocking or saying anything. He used an electronic key and just walked in while I was still inside. Thankfully, I was awake and dressed — but if this had happened earlier, or at night, it would have been incredibly shocking. There was no way to lock or secure the door from the inside, which made me feel unsafe and completely exposed. I didn’t report it at the time because I was upset and just wanted to leave. But this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I hope the hotel takes privacy and guest safety — especially for solo travelers — more seriously in the future. - Elena

Disappointing

They didn't send me the pin code as they said, and after 2 reminders, I got the wrong one. I needed to call again. Uncomfortable pillows and only cold water at the sink

There was nothing I liked about this hotel.Including the service that doesn't care about the customer's feelings, doesn't care to listen to us tell about the condition of the room. We don't feel good. They don't think about maintaining their image of the hotel. They only said that they will change the room for us, but we don't dare to satay here again the next night. I couldn't check in because the staff didn't tell me the details if I checked in late and arrived. We couldn't speak German and had to ask my friend to find out where the key was. If we didn't have a German friend, we would have had to sleep on the street. When I got to the hotel room, the hotel didn't have an elevator. I had to drag my heavy luggage up to the third floor. When I opened the door, there was no drinking water,The bathroom has black stains in the shower room. When taking a shower, there is a burnt smell. The bed is made of cloth that looks like it hasn't been cleaned properly. The room smelled like cigarettes, which made me cough all night.I am very disappointed in booking a room at this hotel.

Nothing. The beds were old and the linen stained. There was a fridge in the room but it did not work. When you opened it, it was full of mould.
