I read previous reviews and almost did not book with this hotel. However, it was perfect for what we were looking for a one-night trip. I thought the room was clean, with the exception of the floor, which was more due to the fact that you are at the beach, and at the beach, there is sand. We had no issues with parking or people hanging out around the hotel, as some have stated. The beach and pool were perfect. The breakfast was just basically waffles and cereal, as others stated. It's not a top-notch hotel, but the price kind of told me that story before we went there. My family of five thought it was the perfect price with the beach and pool just footsteps away. No complaints here.

At night, the hotel is noisy with loud music and people speaking profanity. My new car got scratched overnight while parked, while we were sleeping. Breakfast just had lots of carbs, no eggs or any type of protein. Rooms had a cigarette smoke smell. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The room was clean sheets were clean. However, the floor had sand on the floor which means they didn't sweep or mop the floor. Other than that the staff was very nice.

They let us check in early. The rooms were in need of a deep clean(dirt/beetles in the corner, residue on the baseboards). Sheets and towels all had stains. Mother in laws room had something red dripped on the floor when we checked in. Asked for room to be mopped the next day when I went and asked for towels because there was only one in our room. No one cleaned the rooms or brought towels the entire stay. Mother in law complained again about the floor and they switched her rooms. Beds are TINY, like I had a hard time sleeping in it with my 4 year old. Pool was open, though we didn't get to use it.

Room smell like cigarettes and weed neighbors loud blocking the door ,lock on door didn't work had to put a chair against it bathroom half cleaned didn't feel safe this could be a good place but it must be cleaned up and monitored it was more people in rooms then should had i was truly up all night for the noise I left the next day only reason I didn't leave that night because of the late night drive it took me almost 6 hours to get there .

Clean room

Clean room, No Beach view. You have to walk to the back of your hotel room to get to Ocean view. There are people living in the Hotel they take over the Breakfast area.

Room smelt awful had a headache after 15 minutes. Whatever they sprayed/ burned was entirely way too strong. Only channel available was on the news 🙃 the floor was disgusting and you could hear all your neighbors.

Dirty, and disgusting : in front of the beach, but the beach is not really all that in this location

it was dated, old. the sheets were scratchy and thin. there wasn't even a real comforter. The appliances had old rust stains and the curtains had something on them. crusted. The outlet covers seemed to be disentigrating. The hot tub was really nice.

The property is an affordable option right on the beach. And is generally clean. However it shows its age and price with minimal bedding and thin towels. I felt somewhat unsafe but did notice the front desk staff had security cameras for areas like the parking lot.

We had a wonderful stay. The beach location is excellent for small childern. The topography of the shoreline doesn't allow waves but the gentle warm pools were great for littles. The breakfast was good but very limited. Coffee, ceral and waffles. The rooms were very good, clean and everything worked. The main areas need some attention. Holes in the of the awning and our room safety latch fell into place when we had to slam the door to lock it. Maintenance had to break in. Great location for a quiet rest at the beach.

Wonderful staff, very respectful. Private property. Clean private room. Solo.

The facility is old. Could use many renovations. Lots of beach traffic. But, we enjoyed our stay.

The pros: right on the beach! The pool was great too.

This is an older motel, & nothing fancy. But it was satisfactory for my visit & convenient to a number of attractions, especially the Bay. Some new curtains would be nice; the current ones have several rips or tears in them.

1. breakfast from 6-9am 3min. waffles, 2 kinds of cereal with milk, wheat and white bread with toaster, orange and apple juice, and coffee. 2. Outside Pool 10am-10pm 3. Morning view of sunrise 4. Evening view of sunset 5. Ocean view side is right beyond parking lot and the bay is right there. 6. Double beds, little refrigerator/freezer, dispensable soap by sink, body wash and shampoo dispensers in bathtub/shower area 7. Air conditioning unit in room Negatives 1. Floor feels sandy, slippery in bathroom with slippers. 2. Thin walls could hear noise at night 3. They didn’t clean room while we were out during day(not sure if was specified) 4. It all depends on your perspective, but it sufficed are stay.

The location was amazing. Just a few steps from the bay. The room was nice. Breakfast was only cereal and make your own waffles but not bad as long as you are not expecting more. I would stay here again.
