Casa Del Mar

This hotel was a very big disappointment, for my family and I. We paid an additional $20 for an upgrade from the bottom flat to the second floor. The room was dirty, spider was in the sealing, the smile was bed the face sink was very very dirty,. We requested a room change, they did change our room but the second room was a little better. My girls and I had to literally clean the room, dust and wipe all the furniture anthe sink and the bath tub. We were so disappointed that we checked out the next morning. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Its right on the beach is the only good thing. Too many permanent residents staying there. They're were grills set up in the parking spaces and cigarette butts everywhere. Kids running around unsupervised etc.

it was nice having an area to go inside away from the sun, but that was literally it . I certainly would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you don’t care about cleanliness. or you’re like me and you mostly came for the beach. I did not lay my head on any of those pillows nor did I even sleep in the room. I actually left each night to sleep comfortably elsewhere. do better.

The one good thing about this place was the beach access. That was amazing. Bed was awful. Room reeked of marijuana. In desperate need of updating in the entire place. Would not recommend.

Las habitaciones huelen mucho a cigarrillo y hay telarañas en las puertas de las entradas la tapa del inodoro estaba sucia 😔 lo lindo es la vista que tiene hacia el mar y su piscina nada más, debería ser más barato

Awesome rooms and quiet

Despite reviews you might see, this place does not have bugs, not filthy, a little dated but our family had the best time here. Directly on the beach and has a huge pool. Don't not give it a chance even if I don't want to give it away 😄

Location was great, Room floors were dirty (but considering the gap between door and door frame I'm not surprised), Linens were clean and pool was pleasant.

Extremely run down and dirty.

Location to the north view beach and access to the calm ocean side. Decent coffee. The reservation said 4 ppl and room with 2 queen beds. It was 2 full beds. We ended up buying an inflatable mattress so we can all fit. DIRTY! You can see it was renovated but not cleaned. Walls dirty, bugs, leaks, yellow shower, stains, dirty towels, dirty bedsheets. They put 2 towels in a room booked for 4, when I asked for 2 more and hand soap since the one in the room was empty the man at the front desk walked away, then the lady didn't know anything and gave me attitude why I'm asking for all that when my room was cleaned, and IT WAS NOT. Breakfast was terrible, waffle and toast only options. Nothing else. Last morning they put bananas out. Terrible. And I paid nearly $700 for 3 nights. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Not to mention the fridge had something spilled in it that crusted. Nor that the smoke detector was hidden in the drawer under the TV. Or that the remote didn't work. All together TERRIBLE!

The hotel is located in a good location cause you are right next to the beach , however they need to improve security and cleanliness of the rooms.
