I want to say that this was the worst experience that I’ve had at any hotel. Do not go to this hotel. The manager is really rude and aggressive. The rooms are dirty and they smell like cigarettes and really bad. The floors are sticky and dirty. They only give you one towel and one little bar soap, no conditioner, no hygiene products. when we arrived the room was not even ready, and once we complained within an hour of the sticky floors, dirty rooms and smell we weren’t given any type of refund. The manager is really rude to me and my daughter and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There were boxes of beer and a lot of cigarettes everywhere and it was puddles of water outside of the room. The TV didn’t even work inside the room. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I truly hadn’t have had a bad experience like this. When the cleaning lady came to Rech clean the room, they only cleaned it with a spray bottle with water and a dirty mop. The man also lied about being the owner to not give us a refund.

The room was clean, and the beach was conveniently located across the street, although the road was very busy. The room amenities were very basic, with only a bar of soap provided. Towels had to be returned the following morning so they could be washed and reused. On the positive side, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it's a decent option for a one-night stay if you're looking for a clean, budget-friendly place to sleep.

No towels and wash clothes available extra. No soap shampoo ect.. No coffee , coffee maker in labby broken, didn't have or offer to buy u coffee in the morning

Retired Hotel chain chief engineer. Needed a cheap place for 4 nights. Read all the reviews. Knew I booked a 2 star hotel. It did not disappoint. Location was the thing. Feet from the beach. 7-11 across the street. However do not judge the hotel from the outside appearance. It has been weather battered because of its location for many years. The room was impeccably clean! No bugs. No evidence of ever being any. Room was very accommodating. But if you don't mind a little foot traffic and street noise you will wake up to a magnificent sunrise right outside your door! Ask for a bayside room.

Great location and access. Quiet and friendly

This was an awful stay. The room was dirty, the toilet seat didn’t fit (too small), the sink sprayed all over the room. The lights didn’t work neither did the outlets.

There were cigarette butts all around the building. The stairs have carpet that are grossly dirty both the steps and the walls around them. The outside of the ac units looked slightly damaged and were leaking large amounts of fluids on the concrete in front of the rooms. There was no way to walk around the fluids which could cause a slippery hazard. There were trash bags with flies around them in the walkway. The room itself had grime on the floorboards and my window curtain was too small and had stains on it. The sheets were clean and the water ran good and hot. I had to request additional towels and wash clothes. Two were in room and no hand towel was there. I only stayed one night because it was so late when arriving. Got different accommodations the following day.

The exterior of the building was shot looking, trash littered around the premises but overall they provided the basic necessities needed for one to be comfortable. Not sure why they had me pay an additional $84 after paying through a third party application for booking a room..

It truly doesn't look like much on the outside, but all the salt off the ocean is the reason for that. But the inside of the rooms are pretty nice. Very clean. Have a fridge and microwave. No coffee pot tho, so that was a bummer. But the view of the ocean is beautiful. You're literally just steps away from it. Very nice and helpful owners and staff.

When I seen the pictures on the site it looked decent however upon arriving I thought I was in the a horror movie, trash everywhere and people on the balconies smoking weed and loud. One set of towel/washcloth per guest and don’t even ask the cleaning lady for an extra set or a few trash bags ( we like to put our trash into bags to be easier on the staff) the room was a little dirty but ok and I know you can’t expect much for the price but it was more like a $39.99 a night in the worst area type hotel. We had excessive noise from all around us and random kids knocking on door at 4am. The only positive thing was the access to the beach and pier. If the owner would do a facelift and clean the place up it would be a goldmine. This review is being generous.

Location to pier was great Bathroom needed to be cleaned on walls and around stools thank God I always take a disinfectant and a cleaning product with me when I go on vacation or weekend get aways
