Budget Inn Norfolk Va

En general pésimo el servicio tuvimos que cambiarnos porque el espacio necesitaba fumigación mucho insecto. Y éramos 2 adultos y un niños de 5 años reservamos por 3 días y solamente 2 toallas. Necesitan mejorar la higiene y los insumos a los huéspedes.

No mirror in the bathroom, dirty walls, most of the doors have paint cheap. Not worth a $140 for the night

When i arrived to my room there was sand on top of the “comforter”. Upon investigation there were large yellow/brown stains in the bed soaked through to the mattress. The hotel towels in the bathroom had been used (were still wet & had hair intertwined in them.)

Location to 7-Eleven and of course the room they have to do a lot of work on it the door the bathroom ceiling the main door when I come in the lock on the door the shade was stained with water and of course the bed terrible if they fix the hotel properly I will visit again if .not I will never go there again thank you.

Place is not well maintained. Room smelled humid and moldy. Bed sheets, bath towels had discolorations and smelled. The fridge didn’t work The tv didn’t work Two flat pillows The bathroom was okay, not clean and few stains. Overall, I felt uneasy staying there. Definitely cheap and sometimes when things are cheap, I should’ve expected lower than low quality standards

Horrible, Once I arrived to room and seen the condition. I checked out right away. This place should not be advertised on anyone one platform. I arrived from driving 5 hours and to go inside a room to see roaches, dirty linen, holes in the wall is unacceptable. I deserve a full refund.

No issue it’s was clean and right all around

the staff is excellent but the upkeep was disappointing and it was scary to come outside with the type of people that were just hanging around the hotel

Otherwise, pretty updated and clean. Good value for the price when you still get an ocean view.

It was an awful

It was a quiet hotel but not the cleanest. Beds were very rock solid but it served the purpose for a place to lay our heads after a long day or work.

The price only. the people calling about confirming reservations and management are rude. They dont have any customer service training. Very hostile, not going back to this facility, not worth it.

The rooms are clean and the staff is great. The parking and walkways to rooms have water puddles from rain and ac units. For the price and location you can't beat it. The rooms have a nice size fridge. We enjoyed our 2 night stay. You are just blocks from grocery store and fast food. It's nice and convenient. Nothing extremely fancy but nice enough.

Dated. Nothing seemed clean. Old furniture. Old floor. Old shower. Old bed. Old. Kept socks on the whole time.

There were stains on the curtains. The ac unit did not work very well. Tub was dirty. The tv would only work on one channel. Very loud all night long. Neighboring rooms were up all night long being very loud.
