Im from Pittsburgh, PA. I came to this location hoping for some R&R.. Well Best Western absolutely exceeded my expectations!! Location was perfect, beach was peaceful and kept clean. Breakfast accommodations were yummy. And I Absolutely loved the staff!! Every person i encountered was happy and helpful. This will be my new vacation spot and will definitely be back next year!!

Everything was kept nice. Breakfast was great. Beach access was great as well. The pool was closed for a few days was all.

Staff is friendly and helpful and very professional and knowledgeable . Breakfast is what it is, broken drink machine, but very busy and a little overcrowded, but staff is helpful. Breakfast room is crowded but staff it it clean and moving

This was our second year to vacation here and it was ok probably not coming back. One of the three rooms we booked was not clean! It had big pieces of packing tape hanging from the ceiling, mouse droppings in the drawers, a mouse running around the room. They did change our group to another room, a downgrade of rooms and first thing a cockroach ran across that floor. Staff did come but still it should have been cleaned when we arrived.

Love the proximity to the beach, plentiful parking, clean rooms and hot breakfast. Wish corporate would get the breakfast staff more help.though; the breakfast area layout and heavy occupancy of the hotel during our stay obviously made it hard for the one person providing 300+ people breakfast to do her job

It’s very convenient that it’s by the beach. Parking, asked for extra towels and was told they didn’t have any.
