The rooms were A-OK. It was not what I booked. I booked a King room and we end up getting two double beds, which was very uncomfortable. Some of the equipment in the room did not work well.

The room was clean and well staffed. The laundry was free which when traveling with 5 kids is a huge bonus! The staff was great especially Latoya. Anytime you needed something, BAM! It was there. Great people and a great place to stay. The free coffee and hot chocolate was something I took advantage of like 10x a day!

Multiple attempts with Expedia cannot get refund of $475.+. Expedia is perpetrating fraud. I will pursue and report to every social media what a scam Expedia is. I will never use them again!

Woman at check in was crabby. Didn't look up. Acted bored and inconvenienced. Halls and room smelled really bad. None smoking building but it smelled like stale smoke and worse.

Amazing stay with my husband here for our honeymoon. Everyone was so friendly and helpful!!

Room was clean, but had a strange smell , most probably previous guests smoked in it.

The hotel itself had ongoing issues, including room keys that repeatedly failed to work and a lack of housekeeping service throughout our stay. The property also appeared to have a number of long-term occupants, making it feel very different from a typical hotel experience. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this property. We were also disappointed to see it listed and recommended, as the overall condition, safety concerns, and guest experience fell well below our expectations.

There was no shower curtain, could not take a shower because the water pressure was terrible, and all they had was decaf coffee.

Nothing, too expensive, charged me $300 for my dog which never touched a thing or ruined a thing. Gave me no deposit back. I got severe bedbugs and even went to the doctor WHILE I WAS STAYING THERE AND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH BED BUG BITES AND CELLULITIS FROM INFECTED BED BUG BITES ON MY STOMACK AS YOULL SEE IN IMAGES!!!!!! Attempted to get refund partial refund or any type of cooperation from 1 Caucasian weekend manager, and also regional manager Michael who did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT TRY TO FLIP THIS ON ME! Stove didn’t work properly. Drugs being bought and sold right outside…. Just not ok at all!!!! I spent over 1200$ at this hotel just to be spat in the face. The African American SECRETARY threatened my spouse and asked her husband or boyfriend to come up there to fight my spouse because she was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, because of my experience and her trying to blame it on my dog. No ma’am, my dog has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH the hotel. Also she is just a secretary and the manager was right there so there was no need for her to even speak To us. I asked for managment whom was 2feet away. I could go on and on about how they laughed at me because of what I was going through and it was just disgusting disgraceful behavior all the way around. The Secretary also referred to my husband as a white man and started laughing….. she should NOT HAVE A JOB THERE!!!!!!!!
