Good, clean hotel with a fun water slides for the kids. Customer service was helpful and prompt. It’s also very dog-friendly, with lots of dogs staying on the property, which we really enjoyed!

Water park was great for the kids snd location wad great When we got in the room. One of the sheets and comforter had dried up blood on it. The front desk did go change them out

The only niggle I'll mention is that the center stand between the two beds has two power modules with two outlets, one USB-A and one USB-C each, but only one of the modules will work because they don't have enough wall outlets for both behind the stand. Not that there isn't enough outlets elsewhere in the room, but if you have multiple CPAP machines, bring a power strip.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The highlight for our family was definitely the water slide. The kids spent lots of time enjoying it, and it made our stay extra special. The rooms were spacious, breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

One of the features of the kids pool was not operational which was unfortunate because that is part of the reason I chose this hotel for our 18 month old. The room was great and staff were very helpful.

Malheureusement, nous avons été très déçus de l’état général des installations. La glissade d’eau était particulièrement sale et semblait très peu entretenue. Les marches contenaient beaucoup de sable, ce qui rendait l’expérience loin d’être agréable. Les différents modules de la piscine étaient également sales. La propreté de la chambre nous a aussi déçus. Les chaises étaient tachées et nous avons constaté la présence de moisissure dans le bain. Pour le prix payé et considérant que nous avions choisi votre hôtel spécifiquement pour profiter de vos installations aquatiques, nous nous attendions à un niveau de propreté et d’entretien beaucoup plus élevé. J’aimerais donc savoir ce que vous pouvez faire pour remédier à cette situation, car notre expérience ne correspond malheureusement pas aux attentes que nous avions en réservant chez vous. Merci de prendre le temps de considérer ma plainte et de me revenir avec une solution.

If you are traveling to a place with young kids who want to use a pool, this place only has certain open hours for kids to use the pool that is accessible. I believe the hours were or are 3-5. Other than that they have water slides and kiddie area. When I was there staff that over seeing the area was borderline yelling at children and didn’t understand that not all children is going to jump right out of the pool after going down the water slide, especially my son who is autistic. We weren’t asked or given a chance to explain that he was not grasping the concept and is over stimulated. That me or my husband has to be at the bottom of the slide to redirect him but we were barked at to have him get out asap. So we used the water slide that day and never went back to use it again. The other thing I would recommend is making sure front desk staff is having a good day or knowing saying hi and smiling is okay. One lady was lovely and so helpful the other lady, not sure if she had a bad day that morning but the next she was the same. Other than that, room was clean, breakfast was okay, stay was as normal.

Carpet was dirty and smell musky I had to ask for a change of room.

Room was gross and not cleaned, toilet paper was not refilled, shower drain wasn’t draining any water.

The complimentary breakfast was another standout. There was a great variety of fresh and delicious options, so everyone in our family found something they liked. The breakfast staff were especially friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made each morning a great start to the day. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its family-friendly amenities, clean accommodations, and outstanding customer service. We can't wait to come back for another visit!

The room was clean but didn’t make bed or give you new towels unless you asked front desk for them and with kids I didn’t read the instructions paper. Great family friendly with a pool and water slides. Helpful and friendly staff. Great place to stay!!
