Residence Inn by Marriott, North Conway

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite which had ample space for six travelers, overall, the room was very clean and well kept. Breakfast had good options and we were surprised to find complimentary electric car charging which was extremely convenient. Good location and full kitchen if you wanted to make meal, my only complaint was it is dog friendly and there was a group that found it appropriate to bring their dog to breakfast which is rude at best. Management should enforce a no animal policy in the dining area, it was definitely not a service animal.

Pour coucher 5 personnes, c'est un peu juste. Le canapé lit est plutôt un fauteuil/lit simple. Chambre réservée pour 5 mais seulement équipée pour 3 (manque de serviettes, papier toilette etc). Cuisine bien équipée mais pour 4 personnes seulement avec une table pour 2 seulement. Matériel de cuisson et de cuisine déjà présents. Établissement possède 2 bornes de recharge 48A. Il est indiqué des prises murales mais il n'y en n'a pas. Seulement les 2 bornes. Deux salles de déjeuner. Espace buffet un peu restreint car beaucoup de familles.

We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott in North Conway! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in the area. We would absolutely stay here again!

Room was a good size, bed comfortable and communal areas were well set out. Breakfast was a good choice and things like the waffle makers were kept clean. Gluten free options were available and stagg were knowledgeable and provided a seperate toaster for Gluten free items. Would definitely stop at again.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Location was perfect as you can walk or take a short drive to everything!

The hotel was clean. The room was nice. The staff were nice. Continental breakfast was nice doing s’mores by the fire and the pool was nice.

it was so noisy till 2 -3 in the morning spoke with manager and she informed me I would get a gift certificate. I asked 3 x and she was supposed to be there at 7 am and do it I asked them to send it to my email they don't respond to messages on Expedia and promised they would do it. I been going there for years and so disappointed the shampoo, conditioner was not filled and the tub backed up the kitchen drawer hanging of one side I paid almost 700.00 for my birthday and I cannot believe the service and the staff doesn't do their job. This was a event for me and my family I had a drive of 4 hrs. to try and make it home with no sleep for 2 days.

The hotel was recently updated. The rooms were very spacious, breakfast was fantastic, and all the staff were very friendly!

Came here after a horrible experience at another hotel up the street and it was great. They upgraded us to a suite. Beautiful very clean room. Staff was great.

We had originally booked one night but decided to extend our trip another night. The property is clean and staff is super friendly and helpful. Great walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.

Everything was good. Only inconvenience was only one elevator working and the propewas under construction/renovation. All the workers were also using the same elevator as the everione else. It was a bit inconvenient.
