The only thing that was missing was a shuttle to Universal Studios.

Mattress was hard, had to get up and take Tylenol, my back hurt. Have to use intercom to get onto property. Close to bus routes. Hot water was plentiful and good water pressure. Ghost kept turning bathroom light fan on and off all night. AC was very responsive. Breakfast was good. Coffee was punished tea water. Parking is extra and small lot but never full. Pool is smaller than pictured. They said there was towels at the pool, there was not. Wet spot on the carpet, never figured out source. Rooms are smaller than pictured. Very few channels to watch on TV.

Staff are pleasant and rooms clean and accessible to where we wanted to go.

Conveniently located close to Universal Studios. The only thing is that it is in kind of a shady area. The front doors are always locked, with entrance in the back. They do have a full time security guard.

We stayed here as a family of 4 and highly recommend as a hub. We didn't see much locally as we were in and out but the hotel was basic but offered all we needed with breakfast buffet and a pool for the kids to play in.

Everything was perfect the staff was excellent and the workers were well trained and great to talk to for assistance definitely stay here again

Check-in was quick! We slept good. The breakfast was stellar and the staff were amazing. The pool was clean and enjoyable. Thanks for a much needed respite.

It is in good location: close to Hollywood walk and to Universal Studio. The only minus is sticky carpet. Feels like it wasn’t deep cleaned for awhile. Also this hotel do not provide additional bed.

Excellent location for families who intend to visit Universal Studios. Hotel provides parking for $25/day.
