Rodeway Inn & Suites North Hollywood Burbank Airport - Universal Area

The first room we were given smelled like smoke, but management gave us another room no questions asked. Lankershim Blvd tends to be noisy but that's not the buildings fault. Parking is adequate for a building of it's size. Otherwise you're parking on the street. A good place to get some sleep overall. Bed was noisy, so don't plan on getting wild. The whole building will know.

Staff was incredibly rude to me when I approached and asked about the amenities and shared with her that this room and property were not at all what I expected. There was not one amenity in the room. The night stand table didn't work, the towels were old, worn out and small. The bedspread had cigarette holes, there was a beer can under the bathroom sink, We left as it was truly substandard and we were not about to stay there. There were prostitutes in the back parking lot and I think this hotel is used for their customers. Also there was a building right on the other side of the wall with some type of spiritual community and they were playing loud music with drum kit and loud singing at 9 pm. Expedia should remove this place from it's website.

Dirty grimy rooms not updated at all. I had to check out early I felt so unsafe. I didn't sleep the night o stayed there! The property does not look like the pictures. AVOID this place like the plague!!!

Rented a no smoking room & as soon as I opened the door it smelt like heavy cigarettes. I have asthma and called the front office. They came and sprayed air freshener that lasted only 5 mins, I asked for a discount and they told me no

I would never stay in this hotel ever again. The place was dirty, they don’t have any non smoking room. I was switched over to a different room because the first room had cigarette ashes on top of the Ac. No iron to iron my clothes, place was dirty, the lady working the front is not friendly at all. Will not recommend this place to any one. Book at your own risk! The pillows had hairs as well.

Wonderful stay

The room itself was what we expected being we were only there for the night. The parking is scary. You have to enter and exit on the same little road if you want to call it that. And at exactly 11 AM as we were packing to leave we had a loud knock on our door telling us it’s time to check out. Seemed excessive to come and tell me when it’s clearly laid out that checkout was at 11 and we were literally already on our way out. Also they have you leave $20 cash for a room key and if you don’t return it you forfeit your “deposit”

The property was ok

The pictures posted here are definitely nicer than what the rooms actually look like. This hotel gave off a very sketchy vibe. Rooms were not well maintained and dirty.

It is a poorly maintained “old” motel. I needed a bed, and it was nearby.

There was a condom wrapper on the floor when i walked in. There were 2 rooms and the only trash can was in the bathroom. Parts of the wall had patch work done but not repainted. All the towels had womens haor on them. The toilet had stains. The base od the bed was coils so bed would squeak. The floors has not been cleaned or mopped. There was no sliding window for the bathroom. Not all the lightong worked. The dressers were full of dust. Amd the sofa in the room had stains.

Look good to me and she give me change the room for 2 bed. She and he was super cool that the other room was broken like bad insurance. That good they told me about that before I change my mind. Thanks for tell me 👌

Very, very poor facility, with homeless people occupying the parking spaces. It was so bad that I ended up not using the room for the two nights I paid for. Did not feel safe for myself or my rental car

Ugly rooms. Lame shower. No ice machine .I will leave when zoO can. I hope to get a lawyer. for pain and suffering. I may die because of this.Want refund, won't get it. Shocking. Stay away. Dhocking .

Bad area. Many rooms out of service. My room- no windows or peephole to see outside the door. A car in the parking area in front of rooms was running the entire day and night…. NEVER AGAIN HERE

It was very dirty.It had roaches, and they stole my deposit and we didn't mess up the room at all.They are rude and was one of the worst hotels i've ever been in

Clean Room, Great Staff, Friendly...Taco Bell Across the street , McDonald's around the Corner, it was cool

What you see is NOT what you get! Please update the images for the hotel, because what I booked is nothing close to what I got. From the signage out front (unlit Rodeway inn and suites sign, not the NoHoHotel like they show on here). Nowhere online is there a mention of a cash deposit required upon check in for “lost key or damage protection” as the manager stated. Mind you only get 1 room key instead of the standard 2 most other places, Room said it was non-smoking, yet as soon as we walked in, we were hit by an extremely potent order of cigarettes. The bed sheets were not clean, and had hair on them. Room had no toiletries for the bathroom and shower. I would have booked at another hotel and avoid staying the night at this place but all hotels were booked around town with the all star game being this weekend, so had to go to a nearby store and buy a few items to be able to survive the night here. Left first thing in the morning. If you are considering this place, look elsewhere!

Heater didnt work. No hot water in the shower or sink. Towels too small to shower. It would be nice to have microwave in the room.
