The rooms were spacious and clean. There wasn't a pool and the laundry room was dont.

Nice rooms nice breakfast Nothing

We switched to the hotel's only other room available and the door lock was broken so the only way in was thru the staff letting us in. Whatever we can deal with it. But this room stunk like old stale smoke. The shower is constantly running hot water which is kinda annoying and certainly something they should fix for their own sake. The sheets had several questionable stains. Only 2 pillows. A hole in the wall to access pipes. The room was moist and humid. Again, the staff lady was super nice. Her job would SUUUCK. I'd hire her in a moment. There's tons of random people loitering around, smoking, and even one pushing a motorcycle through the hallway. That was weird. Laundry room was out of service, and ice machine was broken. The 2nd room was downgraded (smaller room than we had before and smaller bed) without any compensation. So I guess you will get a buyer beware from me. Don't stay here. But more importantly, I hope that awesome lady quits and gets a job somewhere that she deserves.

It appeared they were making improvements to the property, the location was convenient near major highways and businesses. The property was rundown, construction was being performed. Doors to the outside were not only unsecure but they were open/gaping, damages to room doors that have been patched were visible. Bathroom did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned, nor stocked. There was a replacement toilet paper roll in a shelf with a lotion and a conditioner bottle that had both been opened prior, no shampoo no toilet paper holder, dirt and bugs in shower floor, no towel racks (I believe one towel may have been rolled up in one of the shelves next to what looks like a jewelry box or something). I had brought leftovers from dinner, but there was not a fridge to stick the food in, nor was there a coffee maker or microwave or anything other than an ice bucket and some cups… no idea where there would be an ice machine, nor the gym, or where they might serve breakfast and would be afraid to walk down the halls as a single female to find these things.

Room was not clean. Breakfast was simple but the kitchen help was amazing. When we arrived the room was half done and did not seem to be cleaned or ready to received people. We were also lied on the post because the double queen rooms do not have a fridge.

Our room was all remodeled and had new tile in the entry way and bathroom but the carpet was worn and filthy. The carpet in the hallways was dirty and worn. The breakfast was ok not great. The coffee was horrible

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Plenty of parking, breakfast good to choose from and close to major freeway.

No hot water and it was an odor in room. Not worth the price

Mini fridge had brown dried up who knows what in it.. Desk chair had crude all over it Lounge chair had unknown white spots all over it Bedside desk drawer had food remnant inside Room had no pens, paper or food menus available Floor was dirty

Would stay here again.

I didn't have toilet paper and I called the lobby and they told me to go for the apoco they don't have staff to take?

Breakfast was marginal.

The room was great. The only thing that wasn’t great is the hot water in our room didn’t really work. Other than that, it was a great stay.
