I stayed at multiple hotels this past summer in wildwood but none were as clean or felt as

That it was close to beach Pool was a lot smaller than the pics showed, never got cleaning service while there, needed toilet paper several times. Lights have shorts in them please get an electrician in there. Bathroom had no cold water for shower.

The beds were comfortable and the water was hot I was charged a credit card processing fee at the hotel, even though they didn't process my credit card and I paid using my debit card. They did this to everyone. Highly illegal and I've already contacted the proper outlets. Room also needed repairs and to be cleaned much better, water pressure was non existent. Hair in the bathtub when we got there, black marks all over the walls, handprints everywhere, microwave and stove both needed to be cleaned better. Fridge was crooked, door lock stuck. Parking is kind of a nightmare. Will never stay here again. It's also not beach block, it's still a a couple blocks to the beach and boardwalk. They lie and take advantage of people here. Be warned. Stay somewhere else.

Location was great. Near beach and boardwalk. Pool was nice. Sofa bed was not in good condition. Slanted—head lower than feet. One side lower than the other. Only had an air conditioner in bedroom, not one in living room. Had to keep bedroom cold to help cool living room. There was a ceiling fan in living room. .

The location was perfect, There is a place to hang out and eat even a grill!! The owner lives on property so if you need anything anytime she is there to help! The Horizon helped make our summer trip super relaxing and carefree, we made the best memories!!! Very thankful! The parking is the only bad thing and it’s not the property’s fault, people don’t know how to park In the lines and take up 1.5 spots! We did tell the owner and she immediately made it right, when it was nothing she did, people need to start being more considerate towards others, if you get out of your car and realize your over the line, it take 5 seconds to fix it!

The location was perfect! A short walk to the beach and boards! The beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioner units were really loud! Sleep was tough.

Pool was a decent temperature Outlets were no good. Lamp outlet did not work and there were 3 lamps. Struggle to find a decent outlet for myself and my family to charge our phones at the end of the night. Imagine 5 phones needing to be charged. I had to charge one after another including 2 Apple Watches. Pull out couch was broken. First night we had to sleep with the pull out couch lifting up like a hospital bed second night my daughter slept on the couch but it wasn’t pulled out so me and my husband can sleep on the bed. Pillows were hard so was the beds. Office did send someone out to fix it. “Supposedly” it was the last guest who stayed there. There is no AC in the living area only in the room. The room door had to stay open in order for us to have some kind of air coming into the living room where we eventually slept in leaving us with no privacy. Pool opens at 10 but at that time they were cleaning it. TV was crooked in the room and slanted upwards. Very small tv maybe a 32” in both living area and room. Wi-fi did not work at all. They do have instructions on the table where both tv’s are but it did not allow us to put the password in. I unfortunately did not read the fine print where it states that if I use booking.com or Expedia I will get charged $68 upon arrival that was my fault but sorry i don’t think spending $1,585 for 4 nights plus an additional $68 making the grand total $1653 is worth it. For all that don’t have ur hotel apart of those sites. I chose this hotel because my grandmother would always take us when we were little. Honestly I would have just rather kept the good memories of it when we were younger than to experience it as it is now. I do have pictures unfortunately I can only upload 4 on here. I did take out all of the trash and stripped the sheets and pillow cases and grabbed all the towels and put them on the bed at the end of our stay so that the housekeeper can wash the sheets. We made sure not to leave the room a mess including the living area.

Close to boardwalk Tv didn’t work in the room we had to move to the second night for some reason and they never came to see what was wrong

Very Comfy Beds and clean rooms! Bathroom was great too! Everything was great

When we first got there, the mngr said I had to pay an additional $85 because I used BOOKING.COM. She was not friendly. The doorknob to our room was so loose, it was literally falling off. It took them two days to fix it. There was four of us but they only gave us one roll of toilet paper per day. The room was plain-- nothing thrilling for the large amount they charge for the place. My family and I will not be going there again. Very disappointed.
