The staff was very nice, and the location was awesome

Great location right on the boardwalk. The pool was clean and refreshing during our stay and the staff were wonderful. The room was not as pictured and was dark with no overhead light. The main lamp in the room did not turn on when we flipped the switch and I had to troubleshoot the plugs to get it to work. The towel bar and hook on the back of the door were broken upon arrival and the room was generally uncomfortable. Some rooms have pictures of kitchens or a table to eat at, nicer furniture, or local decor in the rooms but that was not our experience. Seems like we got the family with young kids room.

We parked our car and walked to everything. Wildwood hotels are a bit dated in general. They have a very short busy season. This is a clean convenient motel next to beach and boardwalk. Nice pool and cute deck to people watch.

The only good thing was the proximity to the beach The room was covered in mold and you could smell it was dirty you could tell sheets hadn’t been washed

Staff was friendly! We were able to check in early and enjoy the amenities! The location to Boardwalk was amazing and exceeded our expectations Super strict in check out time! Housekeeping was at our door at 9:59 knocking got 10:00 checkout

Staff was friendly Dirty, charged me more upon arrival than I was quoted when I booked, toilet paper was awful

Air conditioner was very loud and set up right above the bed. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable.

The staff was horrible and treated me and my husband like we were trash. The staff was racist and charged us $90 extra for 1yr old twins. The room was very small and dirty. The owner at the property complained to me because I saw some of my family on the boardwalk and they walked us back to our room to sit and chat on the balcony. The staff tried to charge me for that as well. Not fair. Just for a one night stay. Worst hotel and worst way treated by staff and owner.

The location is perfect with easy boardwalk and beach access! The staff was very welcoming and friendly and our room was ready 3 hours early! The beds were very comfortable- better than my own!! Unit was very clean and quiet.

The owners were extremely friendly and very accommodating. We had an issue not being able to arrive until after the office was closed and they went out of the way to make accommodations for us. The room was clean and comfortable. Will absolutely stay again

Location was good The room looks downgraded and dirty. We couldn't connect to the Wifi, and they made me pay for my Service Animal dog, which is illegal. Our dog is a registered service animal. Although we are not required to show documentation about his status, we did, so they believe it. He had his animal service harness on, but they ended up charging us and never gave the money back
