Room was clean staff very kind loved the balcony looking over boardwalk and ocean

Location is great. Staff is nice. Room had sand on floor and trash still in bedroom floor behind and around bed. Could be cleaner. Should have more privacy from workers coming into rooms . Didn’t knock at all and was in bathroom and she almost walked in. Very rude!!! Should have things on door if want device or don’t disturb signs.

We loved our stay! Room was clean, updated and had all we needed. We had a beautiful view, and the hotel is right on the boardwalk. Having the resturant right there was very helpful. The staff in the hotel and the resturant are very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Close beach late pool hours waterpark on the boardwalk A lot weed smoking and someone threw a water bottle off the balcony and hit my granddaughter in the head reported to staff nothing was done

The waterpark and how clean the apartment was Just a little more cleaning on the water park floor but Everything else was perfect

Great location, steps away from the boardwalk and beach. Parking included Most of all able to use outdoor pool and indoor pool after checking out at 10am so your fun is extended. Updated rooms Updates are great however still needs more work. Our sliding glass door was extremely damaged - could barley open it and it had a big hole in the corner of the framing.

The location of the hotel near the ocean, close to all restaurants and promenade, sea view from the window room. The room is large and comfortable. The linen needs to be replaced, because it is very old, as well as the curtains, you can see big stains from dirt

I booked this property because it was on the boardwalk. I had no idea it had a waterslide area. My two daughters enjoyed it immensely. The parking was very convenient. The room was nice, clean and we had an awesome view off the balcony. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at Andy's. The restaurant was clean, the staff were wonderful and attentive and the food was delicious! We will definitely plan another stay at Montego Bay. The hallways could use more signage. We were a little lost when we first got there. Also, the elevator on the Northside,(comes out to the parking garage), was very slow. Otherwise, everything was great.

It was conveniently located on the boardwalk to everything, the staff was always professional and friendly, willing to assist you in any way possible to make your stay cozy! The indoor water park was an amazing bonus and the bar/snack hut attached served excellent food/drinks. Parking is free and the attached restaurant has amazing food and was nicely decorated! Would definitely recommend!!

Amazing location and views. Units are clean and newly renovated. The hallways, elevator, lobby are run down. Missing some details that would elevate stay like no mirror in the bedrooms, no screen on sliders, limited luggage carts, no paper towels/dish soap(or at least inform as to what is supplied for unit )

I loved the location of be on the boardwalk and so close to the beach. The place was clean. I loved having the little kitchen. The balcony was great as well. Really such a great spot! The hotel is pretty dated and not very modern looking. The elevator is also slow. Also did not love the restaurant that was part of it.

Rooms are good especially when booked a superior suite to have view of ocean and boardwalk. Love the indoor water park

The view. That’s literally it They gave my room away to someone after I had checked in (came back for the key when room was ready) and then took two hours to find us a new room after I stressed I have a medically complex daughter who needed a private space to take care of her condition. The room we were given was dirty (there was still feces in the toilet) suggesting it wasn’t cleaned. Sliding door to balcony was broken and took two full grown adults to get it open so I complained to the front desk 3 times and by the end of our stay nothing had been done about it. Staff all had terrible attitudes and were the rudest people ive ever dealt with

This spot could really use some updating . Which I believe is underway. Overall it was a great location and view. I have stayed at better and worse. Adams restaurant is great and right in the building serving meals from breakfast to dinner. The indoor pool area is pretty cool with a tiki bar with beverages and snacks. The outdoor pool overlooks the ocean.

Spacious. Great location. The floors were dirty, outside of the oven was dirty. The balcony doors were broken.

Close to the boardwalk, the views Elevator takes long to come
