We actually went to the room , and called a cab and left. Bathroom was dirty, toilet not cleaned in don't know how long . Pool was drained . Not like what it showed on the site. Location was horrible, nothing but offices around, no restaurant within walking distance. Balcony chairs were rusty.

Very nice, large rooms with a balcony. 2 out of 3 staff members spoke English, which I appreciated with my limited European Spanish skills. We will definitely stay here when flying in and out of Puerto Vallarta. I did not find a restaurant nearby accepting credit card. Just something to be aware of since the hotel offers breakfast only.

The room was large- the bed was large and comfortable - parking was in front of the hotel and had a security guard all night - large balcony - the hotel was quiet - easy access on and off the highway The bathroom was small with no counter space - The blinds on the balcony window were vertical and let some light in, it would have been better with black out curtains

The rooms are very comfortable. it had a refrigerator which i found very useful, a little dining table and a sofa with tv the common areas bathroom was terrible. tha included breakfast was pretty bad, we couldn’t eat it. we couldn’t watch anything on the tv, we couldn’t figure out how it worked The wi fi was pretty bad

The window was way too small and it did not open. Bed felt really not comfortable. And in general not a nice room. Overpriced for the quality of the rooms. A lot of things. Mostly ventilation.

The location is wonderful for those wanting to explore Puerto Vallarta. The most wonderful part of the stay was the staff--amazing! Ready to help. Staff is amazing!

So=called restaurant is a joke. I could not find any english language channels on the TV, not even CNN. Maybe it was there, but I couldn't find it.
