The pool is why I like to stay here. The bed was super hard, had no TV for 2 days then finally only got 5 channels and the hidden food cost.

Proximity to the beach and mall. Some of the staff were really helpful and professional. Cleanliness matters and so does insect mitigation especially of mosquitoes in a country known for malaria. I got extremely sick after our stay there. I also didn't like that random people were allowed to show up for "pool parties" who weren't paying guests there and that those same people would purposely blast the most obnoxious loud music in the restaurant. The breakfast wasn't the greatest and had we known that wouldn't have paid for it and just went to the coffee shop at the mall instead. Also didn't like that they had a tiny cage of little monkeys with strings attached to their waists and didn't make any noise. There were actually a lot of random animals there and the location was in the middle of nowhere. It was extremely humid, musty, claustrophobic in the room we had and we could hear the lobby front desk people talking extremely loudly throughout our stay coupled with early morning calls and banging on the door by either or cleaners and or the kitchen even after we told them to come later. Was also charged more than the actual price shown on booking.com and never got that resolved because it was such a hassle ? honestly don't want to use booking.com again due to so many issues.

Night staff (gentleman) wasn't friendly. Told him the tv has no stations, he didn't make an effort to help he only said bluntly that's all they have. AC remote wasn't working, we had no control, the switches were at the reception and they turn it off at their end. Each time we need the AC on unless we call them. Toilet and bathroom not demarcated, all in the same room.

Lots of people around that had nothing to do with the hotel, it was strange been here 3 times and this was a first. Price have gone up everywhere including her at plus33

They used a different higher rate to calculate the price from dollar to cedis other than the prevailing forex bureau rate.

Every service offered or provided. Towels provided were always clean but filled with lint.

The location and what the hotel had to offer. Swimming pools, lots of tranquil seating areas, and the food was tasty and.reasonbly priced The fact that we had no water to wash it seemed like the pump was shut off at night. They had to fetch us buckets of water to wash!!

The pool was amazing, dinner was amazing and the view from my 2nd room was outstanding. The staff was super nice and tried to accommodate all our needs. There were lights out but the hotel generator started up within seconds. I really loved that. I had 2 rooms..the 1st one was a king suit, smaller bathroom, dresser drawer had no knobs and no view. 2nd room was small and not the king size bed I paid for but the bathroom was huge. The bed was like sleeping on plywood (super hard..no padding left with my back hurting). The breakfast was horrible..I was asked what I wanted then they gave me what they wanted me to have. Room service was not free even though on the website it says included. The gym was not a gym (all equipment was broken).
