The customer service was amazing they let us check in early and check out late if needed. They were very kind and always made sure we had everything we needed. There is also security at the front.

So welcoming and kind staff. Emanuel and (I can’t remember the others name but it started with an S) was so amazing. They saw me come in sweating and upset from staying at a different place where I didn’t feel settled at and they were so kind. Definitely recommend this stay!

Daily room cleaning and close proximity to the beach. This property is marketed as a 4-star hotel, but in reality it falls far below even basic hospitality expectations. The facilities are outdated, poorly maintained, and the overall quality of the accommodation and services is extremely disappointing. WIFI speed reached maximum 3mbps. The food was one of the biggest letdowns. The complimentary breakfast was of very poor quality, and even food ordered separately was below acceptable standards. Guests should not expect a pleasant dining experience. Privacy is virtually non-existent. The dining area is directly opposite the rooms, and staff frequently stare into guest rooms, making the stay uncomfortable and intrusive. Basic standards of privacy, etiquette, and professionalism appear to be lacking. What was most disappointing was the staff's apparent lack of hospitality training and customer service awareness. Interactions felt indifferent and unprofessional throughout the stay. There are far better options available in the area. I would strongly recommend travellers look elsewhere, even if this property is offered for free.

Great hotel ! The staff was super friendly. Its in an ideal location. Just 2 minute walk to the beach and in the middle of all the restaurants and shops. Safe card secure. Great pool. Spa and gym. Very reasonably priced spa services. The room was great. Clean, good size, comfortable bed, hot water was reliable. A great value for the low price. I would definitely stay here again

Despite booking about three weeks in advance, we were informed upon arrival that the hotel was fully booked and were moved to another room that had been recently painted. As a result, there was a strong paint smell throughout the night. Management compensated us for the inconvenience and moved us to the room we originally booked the following day.

The stuff were very nice and helpful. Good location. Beautiful beach. Nice breakfast& pool. The hotel is very clean and I loved the gardening there. The rooms need renovation. Water stream was slow just like the service ”pole pole”. I booked a room in Nungwi, arrived there and they sent us to Kendwa and made us pay for the taxi! 15$

The cleaning staff and breakfast staff (locals) were very nice. The property was run down and dirty. The gym equipment was dirty, rusty, and old. There was carpet on the floors which was tattered and dirty. The outdoor furniture was very worn and discolored. There was old junk stored outside in an area next to the gym. The manager was dismissive and used deceptive practices. They flat out lied about our check in time in order to lead Booking.com to believe we were accommodated for our dissatisfaction with the property. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There photos on the platform were deceptive.
