Nothing The facility was not well maintained it smelled very old and had a lot of mosquitoes the breakfast was pathetic no value for money one of the worst hotels I have visited

The location was amazing- I loved being beachfront and having a view of the most beautiful turquoise water Everything was great

Breakfast was below average. The room lacks a water boiler, the refrigerator doesn't work, and there are no tissues.

A bit old furniture but is still ok

I don't think there is any hotel closer to the sea then Langi Langi. Such a great view of the sea with a really nice sunset. The people working there are so nice and helpful. Wanted to thank Rasta too for his amazing food. The beach is really clean and you have a lot of sunbeds to relax at. The wifi is really bad. Make sure you have a local sim.

We had a very disappointing experience with the staff at this hotel. On the day before our departure, we requested a takeaway breakfast (lunch box) since we were leaving early. The staff said they would ask the chef, but nothing was prepared the next morning. When we asked again, we were refused in a rude manner, even though breakfast officially starts at 7:30 AM. Because our transfer was delayed, we went to the breakfast area at 7:35 AM to take a few items with us. At that point, the staff not only refused but also spoke to us in a harsh and disrespectful way, saying we could only eat there. When we mentioned that we would complain, one of them even responded with something like “I don’t give a f*.”** This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Instead of helping their guests, the staff showed rudeness and hostility. It ruined the end of our stay, and we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location, restaurant design. Not clean, no smiling faces around.

Staff were very helpful in booking trips of good value and were friendly.the hotel is located well I liked it

The breakfast were individual made and consisted of a fruit plate, and eggs to order with beans and sausages. Dinners were also good. The Turkish guy who owns the bar next door plays his music way too loud. It is too bad there aren't police to make him turn it down. Thankfully he doesn't plate it late at night.

Beautiful view from the room, responsive staff. The pancakes at breakfast were great! Insects in the bathroom. Expected better breakfast.

Amazing staff, comfortable rooms and just beach front with amazing view. It was my birthday and then they prepared a surprise in my bed writing happy birthday

Great location. Right on the water. Beds were comfortable. Restaurant offered a nice menu. Our room was on the ground floor so a little lack of privacy. You can choose a room on higher floors but you have to climb stairs.

Managed in a very slow pace. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 6pm and made us wait..and the second night they changed us to a room where the bed was not ready. Everything took forever to be ready. The dining area downstairs was not clean, breakfast looked terrible. Pool area was also old. Wifi didnt work at all.

Location is amazing, right on top of the sea with great views. Some staff in the reception were a bit rude and i caught up the chef smoking in the kitchen. The food is terrible and everyday is the same, looks like the “chef” just knows his to make basics and it sucks

We chose this location for its amazing covered terrace that is literally sitting in the water. So from the terrace one feels "in the water" looking out at this amazing blue colors of the water. My sons had to work during out stay so it was the perfect office, quiet area to hang. The pool was very popular with other guests but is not facing the water. The other great think is its amazing location in Nungwi. You are on the water and right near the restaurants and walking streets but not "in" the noisy part. You hear it but are not surrounded by it. If budget allows, I would recommend the rooms with water views... I'd do this next time. The breakfasts are good and home made. We had multiple meals there and enjoyed Rasta's cooking (the chef and owner) who had us laughing many times. Quite a character! The furniture in rooms are minimum... no chairs to put things nor table so hard to put things out when using space. Just bed, side tables and shelves.

I loved how close we were to the beach, and that I could sit in the dining room and have an ocean view. I also loved how the bungalows were in a walled compound that was quiet and away from the busy streets. The landscaping is nice and we loved seeing the Dik-Diks and birds. The location is great, close to everything! We only ate breakfast there, but that was really good and a great value because it’s included. The staff was so friendly and helpful too. The rooms are really basic and not decorative, but that’s ok. It would have been nice to have a dresser or table next to both beds to put things on.

Great location, straight access to the beach. Rooms a bit old but ok. They give you water every day when cleaning the room. Room wasn’t really clean. Lot of dust, I had to take some pill for allergy. I asked for an extra blanket because I was cold at night, still waiting to have it. Food is ok but small portions and lower quality compared to similar places around… also check the bill if you are paying by card because the messed a bit with the change and the %. I had a problem with my flight tickets and ask if I could use a phone, still waiting to for the help they told me the gave me… of course they are not forced to give any help but it would be more honest just to say no instead of leave me waiting two days… If you are going to book any transfer or trip is better to do it outside the hotel, really overpriced.
