I liked the location the staff are so nice very friendly there are 2 hotels one is in front the beach and the other one is behind they are not connected you need to walk outside to change hotels but I like that you can use both amenities the pool and restaurant for breakfast Apart that the 2 hotels are not connected with each others it would be better if there is a inside connection also the breakfast we found a few flies and the food was not covered. There is no lift so it’s better to book a lower floor so you don’t have problems with the bags

Fact it was literally in ocean, very friendly staff, great food in Sexy Fish restaurant, amazing massage, super pool, very attentive security for keeping things safe and harrassing locals off Rooms are getting old: leaking roof for the cottage terrrace - hopefully fixing it during the closong time, a little rat wondered in and out from the room.ome night - hopefully also adding a door stopper for that

While booking, I booked the Z hotel, after two months I realized that they moved me to the Z2 Hotel, which is not in front of the beach, you have to walk out and go to the hotel for the beach. So if gonna to stay here, book a room at the Z1 hotel

The restaurant staff were nice, the Wi-Fi was great & so was the location. I’d say it was outdated, the bedroom smelled really bad, the towels smelled so awful to the point where I had to take a shower all over again immediately after using it.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Zanzibar for four nights, and I regret to say that my experience was far from satisfactory. First the room I was assigned was incredibly noisy. I could hear everything happening outside, which made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of the hotel was another major issue. During dinner, I spotted rats, which completely turned me off from finishing my meal. Despite this shocking experience, the staff did not offer any compensation or acknowledgment of the problem, and I had paid in full. Breakfast was also disappointing, with a limited selection and very small portions. The pastries were not fresh, leaving much to be desired. Additionally, the beach was overcrowded with people and boats, making it difficult to find a place to swim. Local vendors constantly approached us to sell their goods, which became overwhelming. When booking, pay attention because there are two hotels in one. It says "beachfront," but if you are in Z2, you have to walk outside to find the beach, which is not clear at the time of booking. They make it very tricky, and I'm so disappointed. Cherry on top one security guy at the door was incredibly rude from the moment i arrived. He was not helpful at all and even yelled at the tour guide I booked, preventing him from parking the car so I could get in. His behavior was very disrespectful. Lastly, the hotel charges in dollars while providing service that does not reflect the prices they set. I expected a much better experience given the cost. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to others looking for a pleasant stay in Zanzibar.

Overall our experience was amazing, the best location, staff were so friendly and helpful, the best hotel in nungwi, we will definitely come back.

We had the penthouse suite with sea view was lovely Tried to book our friends who live on the island for one night, even though the hotel was not busy they have a 3 night minimum policy which is fine if f the hotel is full. Not at any price could we get a room which was disappointing

Perfect hotel! We stayed in Z2 and it was really great. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is simply perfect and the most helpful, there is a really beautiful and well-kept pool in the hotel. There is also a cute restaurant. It was really pleasant and fun to stay in such a good hotel in a perfect and very central location! What's more, all the facilities of Hotel Z1 were available to us as well. We really didn't feel the difference between the two hotels. Sometimes there was a problem with hot water in the shower - there is not always hot water and when there is it is not available for a long time. Also, the food in the restaurant is cute but not amazing

The fact that you have access to a private beach is so nice! The food is also very good and the Sexy Fish restaurant has a great atmosphere and view! I would easily book again.

I didnt like the beach did not have privacy and the boats on the beach are very dangerous. I could not swim comfortably because I was scared the boats or jet skies might hit me

The staff There is no connection between the advertisement and the photos presented and the actual reality. A wing of the hotel is not located on the beach, but rather on a noisy street. The staff was also aware of this discrepancy
