It was located near to the immigration building THEY ARE SCAMMERS. When we arrived the owner said we could only pay in cash and that the price was higher than we booked on booking.com. We begrudgingly paid as we had no other option. They then reported that we didn’t stay and charged us a full nights rate so we have paid twice. When contacting them they lied and said we never stayed their and won’t return our funds. Don’t stay here unless you want to be swindled. The property is pretty dirty, uncomfortable and not friendly staff so you won’t miss out

Staff was noisy at night but at least helpful. That place is dirty, moldy and stinky. Cold water under the shower, what should be mentioned in the hotel description! Shower and washbasin leaks. Moldy walls, mattress, and pillows. Stale sheet, pillow cases and duvet. Fresh sheets on demand. Dirty, moist rug on the floor. Don't even look under the bed.

OYO hotels always try to get more money when you check in. It happened with me 3 times. They say the price I booked on Booking.com is wrong, and then they put the price 3 times more. I refuse to pay more and in the end I had the room. Very bad experience with OYO hotels

was really close to the immigration centre, and was so comfortable I arrived late by the night, noone was there to help me With the check in. They said it is fullhouse and there is no vacant room besides i had a reservation. After 20 minutes of struggeling a guy just arrived and let me do the check in. My booking price was 311.000.- IRP but they said one night is 150K. It was too late and i paid but was a really inconvenient situation.

After booking a room and arriving to hotel at 9 pm I together with my sister was met by 3 drunk baliniese guys. They told us hotel is full and we can sleep under the rain or go and find other hotel. One of the guy was especially agressive and start shout at me. We took our scooter and drive away. Ended up booking another hotel and spending much more that we were initially planning. Next morning I got a message from hotel that I didn’t show up and my money was deducted from the card. I still didn’t receive the money back.

Plenty of parking space Air conditioning worked. Comfortable bed. Now I know it was only 120k Rp a night, about £6.60 but. The wardrobe door would not open making it useless, the bathroom door was half off its hinges and there was a service tap in the bathroom which dripped heavily. ? So the bathroom floor was continually flooded. And you had the sound of the drip,drip,drip,drip all night long which even the noise from the A/C could not, excuse the pun, drown out ! ? I did speak to the owner on day 1 and he promised these things would be fixed but alas no. I left after day 2. If you are on a tight budget and you get a room where everything works, and there aren't many things, then it's fine. ? And there is always Yan on reception to entertain you with his video calls ?

Plenty of parking Air Con works Bed comfortable Bathroom door off it's hinge, dripping service tap in Bathroom which flooded Bathroom floor and constant dripping noise throughout the night. Wardrobe door would not open thus deeming it useless. Wifi only works in reception , not in rooms. All these issues were brought to the owners attention but did nothing about it.

Perfect for one night stay if you need to go to the immigration center. Good accommodation for the value. Wi Fi was really good, surprisingly tv with youtube and demonstration mode. Bed sheets were old but clean. It was raining and the roof was leaking. There was no hot water, also no handle on the bathroom door.

We chose this hotel because of the proximity with the immigration center. For that purpose it's a great choice The sink was outside the bathroom, near the bed... a bit weird

Being honest only location was good The staff were extremely unhelpful. They were reluctant to help me wifi set up or getting to AATM. The room was dump to the point that the duvet was moist. The room is like a cellar , dark and dump.
