3 star no better

To sum up the property with on word, Dirty. Every thing from hair on linens and towels and mold growing in the bathroom. Drywall falling down in the bathroom. Faucet handle falling off in the bathtub. Sink loose from sink and mold growing around it. Smoke detector, the batter compartment hanging open and it looked like the battery was disconnected. Did not eat breakfast at the hotel due to how dirty everything looked.

Nice room helpful staff worth every penny. Breakfast was decent.

Elevator was out the whole trip and our bed was too high and sunk in the middle of the bed

Bev the breakfast lady was probably the best part of this stay, she made sure the breakfast was well stocked and everyone was taken care of. The room was cleaner than other places I’ve been. The pool..not so much, lots of dead bugs and bandaids and it seemed like it wasn’t cleaned at all the entire week we were there. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay.

Breakfast and some staff Roaches. Broken elevators, dirty, pool dirty.

Big room, clean, comfortable Elevator was out and we were on the 4th floor.
-
The elevator was out of service. Had to carry luggage up stairs to room. A 5 story hotel with no working elevator.
-
The elevator wasn’t working and everyone had to use the stairwell. We were on the fourth floor, but that wasn’t a huge deal to us. However, when we walked into our room, it was very warm and damp. We turned on the air conditioning, but even after running for some time, everything felt damp in the room. I went into the restroom and a small roach ran across the floor when I turned the light on. The sheets on the bed were damp when we went to go to sleep. The morning staff were very friendly and told us to come back and see them, but we won’t be staying here again.

The bed are very comfortable. I like how you have the optional firm pillow and a hard pillow, and we slept well.
-
Power went out when we were checking in. Power back on a hour or two later. No elevators all three days that we were there. Had to carry luggage up the stairs. Bathroom door had rust and peeling paint on inside bottom 2 inches. Breakfast was good.
-
The room was full of humidity all day. The cleaning was poor in all around the hotel.
-
The elevator was not working, we had to stay in a handicapped room, ask for a blanket none was available. The desk clerk didn't know what he was doing. My aunt wanted to move to cost of her room to our stay because she would have to walk stairs up 4 flight of stairs but the clerk didn't know how how to process that exchange. Breakfast was very good.

The woman setting up the breakfast Bev was excellent as was Dave at check in!
-
The breakfast was great The elevators were broken and i am a senior citizen and walked the stairs to the 4th floor.
-
Location The elevator was broken and they told me they only had something on the 4 or 5 floor for my elderly mother. There was no accommodations

In town for death and needed a place to stay afew days without feeling stress. Comfort in was nice didn't like smelling the smoking area while walking to the front entrance. Maybe rethink the gazebo area fir smokers since 2nd hand smoke is deadly as well.
-
Bathroom had clear water damage, unlevel tiles, faucets dripping and a random smell of cigarette smoke would appear even tho we don’t smoke! That being said we stuck out our 2 nights because we were only there to sleep. It’s a cheap room and you get what you pay for!
