Staff was very nice. It was extremely clean and smelled so clean as well. The air conditioning was broken when we got there but maintenance came straight up in just a few minutes had it going. . The pool indoor was extremely cold and the outdoor tables were not clean and the pool looked a little unkempt

This was my first stay at Doubletree. I was disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast or vending machines to get snacks. Last night we were awakened twice by the fire alarm going off and had to getup and exit the building. Once at 7:30 pm and again at 2:50 am. Very difficult to get back to sleep after that, so I can't say I slept well at this establishment! I feel some sort of credit should be made for this extreme inconvenience. I'm 82 years old and it was difficult to exit the building via stairway. Not once, but twice! I will not be staying here again.

Very comfortable bed, greeted with cookies. Super helpful staff, everyone went the extra mile. Rooms very clean and modern. Had to challenge that breakfast was included. Booking.com said it was, hotel said it wasn't but gladly conceded.

The only negative - TV channels are limited. Not that we were there a lot but nighttime TV is limited.

The only problem was there is nowhere to hang towels in the room. Just annoying. Otherwise a great stay.
