Staff was nice The previous person who stay there had a dog in the room..and it had pissed on the bed

Best hotel I’ve stayed at! Super clean room, comfortable bed and large room!!! Staff was amazing too

The room was fine. The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke and the entry was dirty. The hallway leading to our room smelled of vomit. The room was clean. Breakfast was stocked and had several items that were easy to take on the go. Parking was easy. Over all the stay was fine. The carpets and lobby just need a deep clean.

Exceptional

I would have rated it better, but for a hotel within 15 minutes of the largest privately owned offroad park, they don't offer trailer parking. When asked where to park a trailer they said next door at the Days Inn and make sure you take all valuables out of the vehicles. That wasn't very reassuring of a safe stay. Other than the parking issue and the strong odor of air fresheners it was a good place to stay. They also offer pet friendly rooms which may have had something to do with the strong air freshener smell. If you have a trailer, I'd stay at the doubletree across the street. They have plenty of parking and it looks more secure.

Hotel clean and friendly staff!

Stayed one night for lavender festival. Rooms were clean and comfortable but basic. I do like that the shampoo/conditioner/body wash are clearly labelled so you're not caught in the the shower squinting at labels figuring out what is what! The breakfast buffet had cut oranges, bananas and apples - thank you for fresh fruit. If only we could get oatmeal or some non sugary options. Overall a good stay.

The room I got this time was right across the laundry and the fan was on for all times. The fan noise was really too loud for a comfortable stay.

Clean room, nice staff, and breakfast was great!

Clean room, staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was too firm.....very hard to sleep on that mattress. But that seems to be a Hampton Inn trait......my last 3 stays at 3 separate places we're the the same

I didn't eat breakfast due to time factor, but I cruised through. Very nicely set up, well organized, clean and nice choices. I must have been on the pet floor? I heard a dog barking, which I wasn't expecting but it wasn't a problem.
