Breakfast could have used some love. It opened late and seemed a bit like an after thought.

We appreciated the upgrade, room was spacious and comfortable! Convenient location, everything was wonderful!

Everything was great except our non smoking room had an awful smoke odor. This happened last week as well as we were booked in another room. Perhaps drapery or carpet needs to be deep cleaned.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options that were consistently well stocked. It was a wonderful way to start each day. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job and was always polite, professional, and attentive to guests' needs. The public areas of the hotel were also clean, welcoming, and inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the property. Overall, this hotel provided a great experience with excellent customer service, cleanliness, and amenities. We would gladly stay here again.

The staff were all very helpful and nice. The one annoying thing was the WiFi did not work in the business center. It worked literally everywhere else but not the business center. Actually more pleasant to work in the dining area anyway, lighting much better.

Easy location. One mishap was wrong wake up time, but we had a backup alarm with us.

I loved the room I was in, it was definitely something I needed to wind my mind down.. 110% recommended!!

Everything was great from the personnel services to the rooms and amenities. Breakfast was ok, you will not get a michelen 5 star breakfast but at least you get a breakfast. Stay multiple times here already and each time I got treated like how a customer should be treated (my point of view).

There was a persistent, strong odor in the room that smelled like cleaning spray or air freshener; unfortunately, it didn’t dissipate during our stay despite leaving the fan on. Additionally, the bright white lighting felt quite cold and kept the space from feeling relaxing.

The hotel is located a block or so from the busy St. Paul/Mpls. highway I-494 but far enough we heard no highway noise at night and the room and floor was quiet even with a good number of guests all around us. The hotel is also located right next to a golf course and it was nice to walk around the greens in the morning for exercise.

Check in was fast an easy. Room was clean and updated. Nice shallow pool for kids.
