Residence Inn by Marriott St. Paul Woodbury

I was not able to check in @ 4pm because the room was not ready, when I asked why the woman at the front desk (EMMA) told me that I can take it up with Housekeeping, I responded with "EXCUSE ME" because I was in shock that she actually said that to me, I was not rude or anything I just asked why the room was not ready in a polite way. Her attitude was Nasty to be working at the front desk, also when I finally got cheeked in, I found that the tables had not been wiped down and in the master bathroom it didn't seem like the shower had been cleaned (there was visible hair on the shower floor) and the tube was not wet like in the other bathroom (remember I had to wait almost 40 min after my check in time because they were so called cleaning the room). I noticed there was a housekeeper a few doors down so I asked her if she could come back and wipe the tables and clean the bathroom in the master bedroom. She entered the room with a nasty attitude and arguing with my daughter saying that she did not see anything in the tube until my daughter had to point out the hair, which was visible to see, she then proceeded to clean the room all while talking under her breath aloud so she made sure we heard her. It seemed that the staff is very comfortable being rude and nasty to the customers at this hotel which tells me there aren't any consequences for this type of behavior with customers. This hotel was not cheap to stay for only 1 night and be treated so rudely by the staff. NEVER AGAIN!!

Overall, everything was great. It was clean, free breakfast. The suite was exactly what I needed.

This location was a great 2 nights stay. The staffs were all friendly and help us out. My kids had so much fun in the pool. They have many amenities to choose from. Very clean location. We definitely will come again.

A very nice property in a convenient Woodbury location. Near many restaurant and shopping opportunities. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you to all for accommodating our baby crib request. Also... one of the best breakfast set-ups I've experienced (REAL eggs!).

Terrible management and front desk staff. This is the second time we have had an issue with this property. I have already sent a letter outlining the experiences to the senior leadership at Marriot.

Arrived by early, checked with staff to see if room was ready early by chance. It wasn't. Which was fine, told to check back in a hour. Once hour was up checked back still was told it wasn't quite ready. Finally by this time it was 4 o'clock and regular check in time to back to the hotel bags in hand, mind you I have my 3 year with and get to front desk to be told they bumped my reservation to the hotel next door!! The courtyard marriott, it was terrible! My room was down graded from a kind suite to know having two standard queen beds. No continental breakfast anymore, or continental coffee!! Was told we would be given free breakfast at their down stairs Cafe in the morning which opened at 7:30am, yet got up an the café was closed lights off no one around. Other guests where getting pissed about the service. My three year complaining hes hungry and this whole time we were supposed to be eating at the very nice continental breakfast from the hotel we booked with!! Not be shafted to this terrible service courtyard hotel! To boot i take dupixent and need to keep it refrigerated. Placed it in the fridge in the room, to wake up finding it warm, the fridge didnt work properly and my dupixent pen had spoiled! Thats a $2500 medication pen! Very very terrible experience with marriott!! All started cause the actually residence marriott we booked with bumped us to another hotel cause they over booked an messed up.

This was a perfect location only about 5 minutes away and there was everything you could need nearby. Would definitely stay again

Al the food, kitchen and sitting areas in the hotel were great. Our family's were able to meet and visit in the lobby area. The only issue was the elevator broke down over the weekend.

The breakfast was pretty much out of everything at 8:30. Waffle machines were turned off. No orange juice.

Loud fan running all night, terrible very limited breakfast, couldnt get the tv working.

Everything was clean and spotless, staff was super friendly too! I had an amazing stay.

Friendly staff who greeted me immediately upon check in. Answered all questions. I could have stayed at less expensive places for equal value. However, by using my bank credit card was able to avail myself of a $40.00 hotel discount which made the decision to stay easier.
