The staff was great and the room was good, the AC was making terrible noise and was very loud everytime it ran but other than that the stay was great!

It was only the. I was notified the pool and hot tub were under construction and not in working order. I commend the front desk person as he graciously cancelled my rooms w/o any fees. I did explain I specifically booked the hotel for the pool plus hot tub which many other hotels did not offer both amenities. My complaint here is there was not notification via email, text, or call to let me know about the amenity change. It also was not posted on their site.
