Gave us a key to a room that was occupied. Surprised us both. Left - did not stay, did not feel safe or that she had any idea someone was in that room.

The front desk smelled like pot as soon as we walked in and in the hallways. Not clean in front area. Our bathroom door you couldn't close without forcing to close because of the kitchen counter in the way. Lamp on one side on/off button lose so had to keep off. Older hotel.

The room had not been cleaned and was given to us. Nothing was one the bed. I called front desk right away and the lady said she would bring it up. She left for her shift without telling the next worker. No one brought it up, I had to go down and ask for bed sheets. Water was cold, towels dirty, floor was dirty and garbage was not taken out.

Person at the reception made our day; he was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is at the rating level it has on Booking; met the expectations

Rug - filthy. Black spots everywhere. Baseboard falling off wall. Bathroom was dark, multiple areas of mold and almost out of toilet paper. Called front desk - was told they would notify housekeeper in the morning !! In the morning ????? No ice anywhere - told to go down the block to gas station !!! Brief definition ….. A DUMP !!

When we walked in one of the drapes was completely down and the window was open, (as in unlocked). Make sure you check that, especially if you’re on the ground floor. There are stains on the ceiling of the bathroom. There was no hot water in the morning and I ended up taking a cold shower. The TV didn’t work. The keys kept un-keying and I had to keep going up to the front desk to have them re-keyed. Overall, it just doesn’t look like they clean the rooms very well in between guests. On the upside, the staff at the front desk were really friendly and always ready to help. When I asked if the drapes could be fixed, they did it right away. It just looks like they don’t ever put any money into the property. It is cheap, but it should be cheaper for what it is. It was pretty bad. I don’t blame the staff at the front desk at all. However, I cannot recommend this property and won’t stay there again.

Location. Next to various food options and close to my final destination. Property was definitely under construction. Pet fee not stated at booking or anywhere on website. Most comparable hotels charge between $30-$50 flat fee. This place was $25 per night per pet. An extra $100 I wasn’t planning on. Bathroom door opened outwards and against the kitchen island. Carpeting in hallways and room was stained. I will say hotel staff was cheerful, polite and helpful.

Desk clerk caused us to cancel two nights stay on May 16 and 17!! Never been treated so rudely after hundreds of hotels. She must have forgotten WE were pay the hotel for a service, not the other way around. We cancelled and walked out.

Staff was never/rarely available at desk, water was always cool/luke warm, upon arrival my room itself wasn’t clean (shower/bathroom) which I clean myself

Room was not clean. The stove and the refrigerator had crusted food on them. The shelf in the closet was broken and hanging from the wall. The smoke detector was clearly not operational and was hanging from the ceiling only connected on one side. The bellman’s cart had flat tires. The bathroom had burn marks on the counter and caulk was peeling from the seams in the counter with crud crusted in the gaps.

Room smelled terrible and was in poor condition. Went to Target to buy air freshener and sprayed often but didn't improve the smell. Price was fair according to the conditions of the hotel. Advertised photos are comparable to McDonalds pictures of their burgers.

Friendly staff Rooms not cleaned at all, bugs, electronics not work, paint falling off the walls and shower, stove looks like it can burn the place down.

While the room seemed clean there were glad type odor eliminators in the bathroom and above the Kitchen area. The smell was unpleasant, sickeningly sweet and I had to put then both in the cupboard to try to lessor the smell. Gave me a headache and left me with the impression they were trying to hide the lack of good cleaning. This was my first stay in this chain and I don't plan on choosing it again.

I liked the hot oatmeal option with fresh fruit but coffee quality was sketch and the creamer pump did not work. No staff around to ask for help. For the price it was close and clean and safe.
