Everything was great! One suggestion: make sure the room service menu is very clear about what is included. I ordered the paneer tikka masala and a side of rice— not realizing that it already came with Indian basmati rice. There are probably other dishes on the menu that already come with starches, so I would just make sure the menu is clear for guests.

Very new and clean, amazing ocean view. Nice staff. They let us check out late as my kid was still napping. Most amazing and kind gesture was that they brought us a complementary anniversary gift. The pool is a true beauty and the kids pool is big and so much fun! Right next to Ocean Water world. Breakfast was great but a bit pricey. We paid less for our dinner. Dinner buffet was fully booked, need to reserve early! Playroom too expensive, could give better discounts for in-house guests.

Great view from rooms, clean rooms. Great pool and view from pool. Good variety of food options at breakfast. Pool hours - closes too early (7pm), not possible to order drinks or eat by your deck chair poolside. For a Fullerton hotel, you’d expect full service and not to order via QR code by the entrance where staff is handing out towels. You are only allowed to eat/drink outside the pool area by the tables at the entrance to the pool area (lots of signage saying no food or drink by the pool). I’ve never seen this in any other hotel and definitely would never see it at any of the Fullerton hotels in Singapore. It also closes for cleaning at 11am- 12pm. We had just finished breakfast and wanted to go for a swim with our daughter but only had 30min before staff ushered us out. It’s no longer covid so it doesn’t make sense to clean a pool just a few hours after it has opened. Also, it is “mandatory” for all children under 12 to wear a life vest. Our daughter is a competent swimmer so this rule seemed very unnecessary. For a leisure stay, hanging out and swimming by the pool with our daughter was most important to us, so all of these elements really annoyed us about the hotel. At breakfast we were told to get our own coffee and tea. Would never see this in another Fullerton hotel either. This is a basic service standard in any 5 star hotel when guests are seated at their table. The property doesn’t feel like a Fullerton - it seems there are decisions made by management to cut costs and manage staff in a more economical way instead of being customer centric. We wouldn’t choose to stay at the properly again in future. It doesn’t seem to cater to western guests’ preferences.

Comfort, size, and the price for the room upgrade. Also, the Panda robe and smaller slippers for my son was cute. He used both during our brief stay. The drain plug for the bath tub in the bathroom didn't work (would not plug), so we had to use a towel while giving our son a bath. Also, there was a crack on the side of the shower that would cause some water to leak (on the toilet side), so we requested extra towels for the floor. We also didn't have hand towels to use, just the (very big) bath towels and smaller face towels. Not sure if that is something that the hotel doesn't provide in general.

The pool and that it was clean

Kids pool is great. Shuttle bus is very convenient. Concierge are pretty good. Would be great to expand the assortment of the buffet especially on the breakfast . The smoking are bit far from. Lounge bar schedule is quite not suitable.

Lovely view from the room. Gym and pool were amazing too. Shuttle was useful. Got bitten by bugs while seated at one of the outdoor sofas and also while waiting for shuttle bus. Led to some swelling which subsided few days later.

The hotel is new and the room view is nice and big enough. The gym is nice but the sauna room and steam room required to switch on upon request. The hotel is far from the Ocean Park and quite isolated and require transport to go anywhere.The hotel shuttle is sparse and point to point only. The pool looks very nice but was close for winter.

The room is sapcious and comfy Everything is good except the parking fee for hotel guest is super expensive! Why do they charge HKD500 for an overnight parking in their hotel?!! There's no special discount for their guests at all!!!!!!!!

The view is fantastic. Mountain and sea view. Room and hotel are clean. Location. Although there is shuttle bus which runs every hourly, travelling to other parts of HK is not convenient from the hotel.

The room is clean and looks new, with a stunning sea view. The room is also very spacious and bright. The renovation and decoration is warm and classy. It also has a sofa bed which can easily fit two kids, or even two adults. The breakfast is also of good quality, and the breakfast area also has a fantastic view. The sound proofing of the room is not great; I could hear the noise from next door. The room doesn’t provide complimentary bottled water, which is for environmental reasons to save plastics. Understand this is for a good cause, and the hotel also provides alternative bottles and water dispenser along the corridor, but it is still somewhat not convenient, esp when you didn’t bring your own water bottle and you don’t want to use the ones provided by the hotel due to personal hygiene reason.
