Such incredible experience

We stayed in a suite room which was perfect for our family of 4 including 2 teenage girls. Lots of room and space! Loved having our own washrooms. A little outdated.

Location was inconvenient next to Queen Elizabeth Highway. My stay was very disappointing due to the cleanliness of the room. The blanket was dirty, the bed skirt was stained and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, and both the bathtub and toilet were dirty upon arrival. A clean room is a basic expectation when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately, this property did not meet that standard. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping practices so future guests have a better experience.

I did not stay at staybridge because the room given us was too small and dumpy.Had to make alternative accomodation at the Holiday Inn next door st 9.40 in the night To cancel booking was another circus act as my booking was Pre booked through Booking .com After obtaining clearance to cancel at about 10.30pm walked over dragging our luggage with us we went to Holifay Inn amd met the most helpful and sympathetic staff there Got a most comfortable and spacious room st a cheaper rate.Please remember we were at zplease we were up sinve 3am on that mornimg to get our flight departing from POS to Toronto.Long hard day only to meet such bull My initial stay was at Staybridgs near YYZ for 3 nights which was exceptionsl

Comfortable, well-appointed, excellent staff who went out of their way to make the stay pleasant. Convenient turn off the QEW highway in a quiet location. Nice breakfast. I did not use them but there is even an indoor pool, gym and business room. Liked everything though internet strength was a bit weaker at the room in the back.

The staff was uniformly cheerful and professional. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was very pleasant and the staff a delight. There are two safety issues that concerned us. One was that the bathtub really needs TWO safety bars. Because of the narrowness of the tub, the curvature of the bottom is accentuated and therefore makes one’s footing a bit precarious. The second concerns the driveway into and out of the hotel property. When exiting during commuter hours, turning out into that road with oncoming traffic can be a little dicey. The cars really don’t seem to know to slow down when approaching that exit for hotel guests.
