Unfortunately, our stay was very bad. There is no point in writing about anything else but the most important thing. There is simply no air to breathe in the room, no window, no air conditioning. This made our stay almost traumatic, we couldn't sleep, we couldn't rest. The thought of returning to the room was terrible. The floor fan only made the room noisy and hot, the stuffy air churning over and over again. Until the owner changes this, this place can not be recommended and is to avoid. 2 bars across the wall with loud music making it even more difficult to sleep. The location of the hotel is very good, a few steps from the main market of Oaxaca. However, this is not of great importance due to the circumstances described.

The hotel is in an excellent location for getting around the central part of Oaxaca de Juarez. There is limited street parking because it is so close the the Zocalo. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. There could be more bathroom linens; washcloths and hand towel. Thanks for having two fans!

Cute Hotel with a nice courtyard so it was quiet at night. Bathrooms are simple but do the job. It can get warm at night but the hotel provides fans.

The location The noise! Set between 2 bars, there is a lot of noise until very late. I couldn't sleep without wax earplugs.

Not much Cockroaches, doorbell going off al night, no drinking water, barely any hot water, small bugs everywhere, pillows sucked, tiny rooms. This place sucks all round. Do not recommend. Great location amazing borderline gay bar next door, great staff….sort of.

Great little hotel at the heart of Oaxaca old town. Very friendly and attentive staff. Very secure and comfortable. Fully enjoyed our stay Just to note that the hotel is located next to two bar. It can get a bit noisy but it can be expected while staying in the bustling old town centre.

Location and the beautiful rooms, also very helpful staff They keep the door locked with a padlock at night, I didn't like it that every time I wanted to go out at night I had to wait for someone to come and open the door for me. Not fair on the staff and not fair on the customers.

Great value, close to the city center , friendly staff One night we had a bad sewer smell coming from the plumbing but staff was able to address the next day and listened to our concerns. Rooms could use more fans or AC. Room 6 has no windows .
