Clean and good location No real spa. They could call a masseuse in but they only had a male. A bit pricey
-
Central location. Very nice Nice.

Best of three properties we stayed at in Oaxaca. Excellent service including quick car retrieval for included parking. Most delicious breakfast ever. Modern spacious room Nothing
-
Quiet and serene yet close to restaurants shopping and museums. Great staff. Modern bathroom, plugs at bedside, coffee service, spacious room. Beautiful decor throughout hotel. Parking included. Nothing

Our room was for three people. I paid for a room for three people. There were only two small beds. They would only give us two robes no matter how many times we asked for three. Even getting more than two coffee pods always seemed to be a problem. The worst was a very large party the hotel hosted for outside people on October 31. A very loud DJ,music, hundreds of people yelling & screaming until 3 am. Literally outside our door & above us. Our entire night was disrupted without sleep. They began to vacuum at 8 am. Even after complaining & asking for compensation I was offered only a free breakfast. This was a very expensive hotel & that was terrible.

The spa did not function

The staff were wonderful and helpful. The location was excellent. The hotel overall was quiet. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bed comfortable. The staff arranged for a taxi to take us to a Palenque which worked perfectly for us. The hotel lacks a little warmth in its decor. I would suggest removing the fountain and making it a garden/green area. The dining area wasn't inviting and this needs to looked at. There should be an earthquake plan written in the folder as we had no clue what were supposed to do in this event.

It was clean, well kept, quiet. Only one staff member spoke English, but overall everything went smoothly. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. They arranged airport transport for us. The gym is great. TV has access to Netflix. The location is a bit sketchier part of Centro. The hot water was inconsistent, and we kept getting decaf coffee instead of regular.

The staff was all friendly with a good smile and the facility was quite clean. It was so noisy in the night of 1st July. One thing is the noise of beating by rain. There is a kind of artificial pond in the center of the building and the noise was made there as the heavy rain dropped into the pond. Another thing is the noise of firecrackers. Crazy people continued to squib them from 3 am to 6 am. We couldn't sleep well at all and it was so frustrated.

BREAKFAST WAS FINE. SERVICE LITTLE SLOW . I WS SURPRISED THAT THE ROOOM S HAD ESSENITALLY NO SOUND PROFFING BETWEEN ROOMS. I COULD ALMOST READ THE LIPS OF THE GUESTS NEXT DOOR. THAT IN ITSELF WOULD MAKE ME NOT RECC THIS HOTEL. BEST THING ABOUT HOTEL WAS STAFF!
-
the staff was excellent. the rooms are colorless (in a region known for its vibrancy); the shower had a lot of mold in the corners, the Krups coffee machine was buggy, and the lighting was weird.

Did not have Breakfast there, Not included Location, & sticky dirty carpet

Breakfast....The coffee machine was broken, I had to bus our own dishes, we were told they had a bar..but it was closed on Mondays...and Tuesdays, not until the late afternoon, we had a wheelchair access room. Still, we could not fit our small wheelchair in the toilet...they finally removed the glass, the telephone was broken, no room service, they found out later the batteries were dead, we could not turn the TV into English for hours...then s fabulous housekeeper stayed in our room for an hour and figured it out..BLESS HER!!! The food was great..fabulous I would say...but don't expect any cocktails or coffee! opps..I wrote it all on the top

The food was excellent. The location lovely. The service was friendly if unhurried as is typical in Oaxaca. The hotel bar wasn’t open much although there are plenty of places to drink nearby.
-
location was good rooms poorly appointed one uncomfortable chair and no real desk, just a shelf in front of a LCD screen TV had no signal
-
Super clean and comfortable. It has a colonial feel up front inside with modern spotless rooms. Very nice I’d stay here again. I wish the rooms which are large had a small sofa or a couple of lounge chairs the seat is not that comfortable.

the hot water didn’t work for a short time (it was lukewarm which was ok)
