Do not leave anything in that room. It'll be gone

It’s close. The guy at the reception was incredibly rude from the beginning even just waiting to park the car. He kicked out my friends super rude, was rude to me, my friend and not helpful at all. The hotel it’s next to a bar so it’s super noisy at night, there is no fan, no tv, nothing. In smaller places and more remote I had stayed they had more facilities than here. The room was noisy, the water it’s limited and well all access to the hotel, a lot of control, no support at all. I wouldn’t stay again.

I liked how clean they keep the hostal, and also the proximity to the town center. And the security system they have with the guests and the main door during the day and specially at night. The rooftop terrace was beautiful Definitely the beds, you could feel the inner springs of the mattress on your back. The people at the front desk no so friendly, to the exception of a couple of them, specially the guys needs to be more friendly and not think they are disciplining their own children when they talk to you. They could be my kids . They are young but still can learn how to be more friendly without having to engage in a conversation with the guest. And the not hot water after 11 pm didn’t make any sense to me at all.

All of it... staff, location, how clean it was. Could use some fans at times...

Everything was excellent. The room can get hot and I believe during peak summer season it could be really hot as there isn't a fan or an AC.
-
Underground parking very secure, price, location No AC, no fan, room was at least 90 F, expensive
-
Economical, close to the action and food locations, very helpful staff. There are some policies about cleaning and hot water usage that do not make sense. Also the site does not have a TV or AC which does make the heat feel very bad. I layer learned they have ventilators upon request which should be offered during heat season

Nothing to dislike. Everything was great

No bath mat (foot towel) for the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room and the common spaces were incredibly clean and cared for. The rooftop patio was beautiful and a very comfortable place to spend time in the evening. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe the whole time I stayed at Hotel Nordés.

The location is amazing, free parking, friendly staff. This is really a great value for the Centro Historico. We had no issues with noise or hot water as were mentioned in other reviews. Everything was great.

Is comfy and nice

The location is great , 5 minutes straight to the zocalo and all central streets. rooms are very simple but clean and have enough space and everything needed. Private bathroom with hot shower is great, just need time to find out how to use hot water tap correctly . Hot black coffee in the mornings is a lovely bonus I had some problems with hot water until a lady from the reception showed me how to use it correctly (open left tap on maximum, only this way it gets hot) .

I would have liked access to a refrigerator to keep yogurt or something, but it's not a deal breaker.

The room was simple but clean and comfortable. Good location. The young staffers were usually surfing the web on their phones or the computer. They rarely greet or speak to visitors. When the hot water failed for 45 minutes, the clerk wanted me to return to the room to show him the problem. I had explained clearly in Spanish and didn't want to waste more time.

Location spectacular…(I could dance to the music in the zocalo and stroll home in eight minutes. Hospitality unbeatable. They offer water, coffee, biscuits and apples in the morning…

The beds are not comfortable but they’re doable for a few nights. As some other reviewers mentioned, there’s a sewage smell coming from the drain pipes in the bathroom. This was remedied by keeping the bathroom door closed and then my room smelled fine for the duration of my stay!

The terrace on the roof was really cool.
