Location is great! Also it has a terrace Rooms are okay, nothing great but okay

That the location close the gate after hours and had the key to open if we were out after that. The receptionist was nice. The cleanliness of the facility. The bathroom sink for my room, looked dirty like someone just finished shaving with some tiny hairs everywhere. Not enough toilet paper. My sister stayed in the other room, she locked the room and pull the curtains down before leaving to room. When she return the door was unlocked and the curtains were up. Made her feel a little unsafe and thought someone broke in her room but i believe the staff got in the wrong room to clean.

Staff was great. The terrace was very nice. Lack of hot water. Difficult to find. Not enough electrical outlets.

The location. The ease to communicate and access the "hotel" Any of the furniture. Towels were disgusting, looked like old rags. Our room was noisy. Faucet and shower with rust. Terrible sheets and pillows.

The location was perfect and central to everything in the city for a great price. Shower had low water pressure and the hot water did not work consistently.

The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. Made our stay more plesant and enjoyable. Reception was great, made recomemdations of local activities and places to dine and the cleaning lady was very effeciate and timely.

Proximity to basically every where, we were able to walk and never had to pay for a taxi. Felt very safe. Staff was very friendly.

Location was in a very noisy area and it was not possible to fully close the window to make it quieter

If you don't speak Spanish you may have a harder time communicating with the staff but they were extremely friendly and willing to work with us.
