I like everything, the place, the location, personal, the room , beds , I like was so clean the room thank you so much for your attention we enjoyed our visit and we love Oaxaca we visited again. For my everything was beautiful.

Is right in the heart of Oaxaca center. Walking distance to everything Parking. You have to pay to use the public parking

It was a great location for the pricing. Common area room was loud. The other guests were loud.

Lovely hotel in a very central location. Staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early after our flight.

Noisy in morning and not able to get coffee at a reasonable hour in the morning.. a large group of travelers were just sitting in the main area waiting for coffee and breakfast for over an hour… their talking woke everyone in surrounding rooms…i

What a lovely hotel! The location was amazing, and the building itself was both historic and beautiful. Everything was within walking distance, including fantastic restaurants and great shopping.

The location was excellent. Only one block from the Zocalo. One block from the Benito Juarez Market too. The room was comfortable and authentic but not flash. As expected from the photos. Only used the restaurant for breakfast a couple of times and was good. Staff were all excellent too. Was a bit noisy in the early mornings with work on the street but not the fault of the hotel and looks like it will finish a couple of days after we left. Bad timing on our part but not a major problem.

Central location

To be fair, the property is OK, but it is one of the most overpriced stay I've ever had. The location is in the heart, but everything else is much less than stellar. The room has no windows, the breakfast is of poor quality (nothing but toast and coffee), the pressure of the shower is quite low. Still, it is very expensive.

The location is great and the room was spacious and clean. A lot of suggestions for tours. Parking if available is really close by but it is not always readily available. Do not book with breakfast, the basic breakfast included is just bread, jam and coffee but they bring you the menu for additional breakfast options, it is better to just explore the great breakfast options around the hotel. Only stairs meant it was a bit of work with a baby and pram every time. A noontime nap for our baby was impossible with the shop across blaring music over their loudspeaker but nights were calm and quiet with just a few loud motorcycles

it would be good to have a large water dispenser available at all times. The rooms on the street, where it was quite noisy, had to have the balcony doors closed all day. It might be good to warn guests of that.
