I was completely satisfied with the breakfast menu. There was a good selection of well prepared nutritious food and unlimited coffee or tea. Servers were very friendly and accomodating.

Superb location and the staff were excellent. Lovely rooms, but all a bit tired and run down. We had 2 rooms on the top floor which had a lovely view and breakfast on the terrace but bring the earplugs as it was very very noisy (low season).

Wonderful oasis in a delightful town. Spacious room, excellent staff and great bed and shower. The staff went the extra mile. Every time we returned from a day out there was a fresh juice awaiting. The rooms were cleaned promptly and to an excellent standard. Great location for restaurants and magor attractions. It was unusual having to ring a bell for exit/entry but for security it was good. Staff were always available.and it wasn’t a problem.

It was clean, staff was friendly and attentive At first the room safe was not working and they weren’t offering an alternative to secure my high value belongings. It was fixed after a few hours later.

This property was amazing! Carlos was so awesome always checking on us to see if we needed anything. Love him. Room was beautiful and breakfast was very good. The location was the best!! Definitely will stay again

Beautiful building and location. We were on the top floor so a small elevator could have been helpful. I would have liked the continental breakfast to include espresso. A bit noisy at night from the street if you face that direction.

The location made it ideal to get coffee, go shopping and see local street vendors and attractions like the botanical gardens. The breakfast at the hotel was exceptional as was the service. Thank you Carlos! We didn’t find out about the spa services until our last day. The A/C unit in the Firenze room got quite noisy.
