The location, staff and the vibe of the place. It's a cultural difference, and, in my country, a less expensive hotel would provide ice to guests.

Absolutely wonderful stay. This clean and cosy hotel is perfectly located close to everything and on a quiet street so there is no noise at night, The staff were wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. This will be our first choice when we come back! Everything was perfect.

Clean and comfortable. There were always staff at the desk and were very friendly and attentive, ready to help. Coffee and pastries were set out every morning. Wifi was good. Within a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Zocolo. The pillows were big but not soft. A minor complaint!

Friendly staff, clean, comfy, fairly close to the Zocallo. Felt safe. Coffee, tea available all day, & a fresh bun in the mornings. Tours available from front desk.wifi is good Nothing negative to say. ?

Very clean, good hot shower stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Lovely staff, Arturo, who responded promptly and politely to our messages before we arrived, we asked if we could check in early as we arrived in the morning which we were able to do. May not always be possible in busy times as very small hotel. We were also able to leave our luggage there after check out as had late bus. 10 minutes walk to markets and zocalo although nowhere in Centro is more than 25 minutes, we love to walk anyway. excellent value for money. They offered coffee and pastry in the morning which was nice. We felt safe and secure.

This place is excellent value for money and my ratings are based on what we paid for it. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was walkable to the centre. The staff were lovely. Room a little small but really adequate for our needs and great value. Breakfast isn't much but that was expected. Liquid milk with coffee would have been appreciated (rather than coffee mate).

Super nice stuff and excellent location!

The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. There is coffee, tea, and sweet bread in the morning. I'd recommend it for a short stay. The beds are a bit stiff... We had some small ants on one of the beds, but I guess there is not much to do about it sometimes.

a very pleasant stay, close to do downtown, coffee and a bakery in the morning. no complaints at all. if you're want, the tours are also good, but make sure you get on a proper bus (not in a mini scrammed van). -

Simple but good for one or two nights. Simple but nice breakfast was included. The lights in the room are not very cozy. Couldn’t lock the windows. We were asked to leave our key at the reception when we left for lunch outside, which seems very uncommon to me (we didn’t do that, which was then also okay).

Cute setting with nice tables and chairs. Coffee, tea and sweet breads a nice touch.

Clean and the staff were all lovely in a quieter part just on the fringe of old town and very easy to walk everywhere. It's fine for a short stay It's a little dated straight out of the 60s maybe but adds character. There is no aircon and a little stuffy inside butt his is common in Oaxaca so had to have the windows open which could be a little noisy and the ceiling fan was either full speed or nothing

Cute place, kind staff, coffee & tea available all the time, nice little outdoor space, quiet and not too busy streets but in the Center Nada :)

Hotel was a good value and the staff were friendly and made my stay easy.
