Located within walking distance to downtown. And, it had hot water. poorly kept bathroom, the withe scale was all over the floor. Bed was supposed to be king size instead, we got a tiny bed were we kept on hitting each other everytime we moved.

I booked stay for my elderly parents. They stayed at Hotel Florida Oaxaca for a couple of days. They loved the location, how clean everything was and were very thankful about the help they received upon arrival.

The owners of the hotel are very friendly. Also the location is very good! The property is old. No AC, fridge or coffee maker like our other Oaxaca bookings that cost less.

The room was simple but comfortable. Blanca and Jose were incredibly kind and helpful. They gave great suggestions for what to do, where to explore, and treated us like family. When we made special requests to be more comfortable, they were happy to accommodate us. It was easy to request taxis and get to other parts of town. The area felt safe and we often stayed out late and returned to the hotel without any problems. The facilities were clean and well kept, with a wonderful sunny rooftop. Would happily stay here again. No complaints!

The location is good, walking distance to two markets and the old town. Batch room is good sized. The room is super basic, the closet is ancient like 40 years old. There is no elevator. The fist night I noticed that one of the light bulb was not working, making the room dark and gloomy. They fixed it after I told them about it. The shower has poor water pressure.

it could use a littlel rremodeling

Everything was great. Great owners and staff. The Wi-Fi was a little slow but there was Wi-Fi.

The close proximity to historic center. The hotel is also located right around the corner from the tour bus company that will take you to the nearby top tourist attractions. Nothing. I had a wonderful experience. I will definitely be coming back for a second time.

Such a lovely gem! Just $245 USD for 5 nights and DURING Dia de Los Muertos. It was a steal. Blanca and Jose were always available at the front desk. And for anything I needed Even on nights I can home past midnight and needed in. They called me taxis from companies they trust with the best rate. The room service daily was amazing as my room was always left clean w new towels and a bottle of water. The window shook a bit on windy nights.

Place was nice and clean, staff was super helpful and way out of their way to accomodate us. N/A

Mostly the staff Blanca And Jose Where Wonderful. They really take care of us like if we where their family. they help us find everything we asked for. If I was the owner I will pay them very well to en pure them to stay longer. The price booking told me it was a total price and they charge taxes on top of price
