Great Location near Plaza Santo Domingo. Extremely loud place. Restaurants on rooftop and adjacent restaurants and bars have loud music way into 1 AM and 2 AM. Walls made of thin drywall, and you can hear all the noise for other rooms and hallways. Hotel and Rooms are not 4 stars. At most, 2 stars. Restaurant is understaffed and service was a struggle every morning . Will not return and do not recommend .

Loved it! Oaxaca is amazing and this hotel was so romantic and well centered, Loved it

I stayed in a room with a private rooftop terrace and tub overlooking the Santa Domingo. Such a treat!
-
Great location, amazing food, friendly staff. Just be aware that on weekends, some rooms can be very loud, make sure you check beforehand.

We had a great stay - will definitely come Back. The staff very helpful. We had servals rooms among our friends and family and everyone had a great time. Great spot so close to everything !!! Maybe missing a pool to cool down ?

The location, rooftop restaurant and included breakfast were wonderful.

Nothing to like even if it is well located. READ THE CONS!! DO NOT BOOK!!! The rooms are right next to a rooftop bar with DJ and the noise level is unbearable. They provide earplugs which should be suspicious enough but they do very little vs the level of decibels. Impossible to sleep until after 1am. This is not a hotel. It is a bar with rooms next to it. PEOPLE SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE REVIEWS AND NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BOOKING THINKING THEY WILL BE ABLE TO REST.

Excellent location and service. Amazing food. Theres a lot of noise around the hotel which is out of their control, due to the amazing location, and this may bother, but if you don’t have problem with sleeping with noise, this shouldn’t be a problem.

Close to everything in oaxaca center
-
Location. One cannot sleep. There is a restaurant and constant noise in the early morning.
-
Great location and staff The room had a smell in the mornings.

The location is lovely, on a pedestrian street with amazing terrace views (from the restaurant) of Santa Domingo. The noise from the hotel restaurant's blaring (and bad) music was intolerable. I expected "street" noise and even "restaurant" noise - but not a bad club scene.
-
Good location and the employees tried their best to solve big issues. Only so much they could do. They do not make it clear enough the amount of noise that will be heard inside the room. It is crazy loud. Impossible to rest.
-
Great location but that’s all Horrible stench of sewage in the room Very loud noises until late in the night Limited options to unpack and hang clothes
-
no much options, Only 3 and that's it the space on the room, It was a lot of many for that small space

It’s my second time staying, I love the idea of having everything to a walking distance All the noise coming from the kitchen downstairs and the employees talking loud, and at certain point yelling! Also, most of the non staying visitors coming down from the restaurant upstairs are loud, and don’t have respect for the guests, Sunday, it was almost midnight and everybody leaving the restaurant was loud, and later the employees doing the cleaning and talking loud.

The rooftop is awesome , and the breakfast is really good ! the amount and the quality is great! the service is good ! and there are many spots into the hotel to grab a drink or coffee very nice and confortable. the noise early in the morning was horrible , I understand at night the bar it didn’t bother us, but early in the morning I mean 7am the people who works there were talking so loud and the music starts at 8am, totally unnecessary. also before our arrival I called to share that it was our first stop during our honey moon , also an email and they didn’t show any courtesy or any option to upgrade .
