Location Room 10……Super small! Ugly argues with guests from the restaurant staff. Spinach omelette. Lady ask for it but with no spinach…. Guess! Extra charge for the same plate but without spinach!!???????. Must be short minded!

Great location close to all transportation and close to the main center. Clean rooms and breakfast is top tier ! Nothing everything was great

Staff. Small rooms. No restaurant. Crowded popular commercial area.

Staff was helpful, able, considerate and very pleasant. The hotel was very clean. Central location. Walkable to most Museums, the main square the main markets and all kinds of good restaurants. The hotel didn’t have an elevator. Breakfast was on the roof which was 3 floors up. The staff offered us breakfast in the lobby. Thoughtful and good problem solvers. Our room had a window that faced a wall with about 1 1/2 m. space so the room was always dark.

The rooms were clean, the location was great really close to the center and all touristy attractions The rooms are not sound proof or you can hear a lot of noise so sleeping past 6:00 am was not possible as they would start setting up the breakfast and cleaning in the terrace and you could hear all the noise the staff would make to set up everything.

Great location and clean. Wonderful shower. Nice that there was a safe. Breakfast area and breakfast were very good. Complimentary parking was also very good. Room was smallish without any windows to the exterior.

The Hotel was very clean and very supportive staff. Great location to walk around Downtown Oaxaca. Parking across the Hotel in underground lot. Only negative to point out, I had requested side-by-side rooms in advanced and was not given that accommodation.

There is no lift and to take big luggages , even though staff helped , it was not that easy

This was the most terrible stay that we have had throughout our entire months in Mexico. The place is very noisy. Humidity levels are unbearable, and the staff is the rudest people we have dealt with in the entire city. The staff is very unfriendly. They are disrespectful. They lack the basic manners of hospitality and treating people from different cultures. They are very rigid and completely dishonest. The staff food level of cleans level of noise and the lack of honesty and the lack of getting any direct response from them.

There was so much noise at night! Rattling, pounding! It was awful. I'm a light sleeper and all that noise really woke me up at night. Staff makes so much noise in the morning to pepare breakfast. I know it's their duty but they should mind other people's sleep.

In the historical center of Oaxaca, close to everything by foot, many stores in the area, parking space in a closed an secured place nearby.

Location is very good, very close to downtown, hotel is clean and quiet, the staff is very kind and always available to help, breakfast is very good, staff also very kind. The top roof is very nice to have the breakast,
