Hotel Rivera

The location! I have stayed here several times before and absolutely loved it! Staff is great as well and very accommodating! Omg and there is a Dominos next door that does delivery to your room! Absolutely recommend staying here do not hesitate and book with them please! No AC just fans, but feels great still because of the materials the hotel is made feels fresh

The location is convenient The beds have no mattress just a hard base. Very uncomfortable. The bar opposite is really noisy ALL the time. The staff are sullen and you don't get a glance or nod...let alone a greeting. There is no lift so be ready to carry heavy luggage up stairs. There are much nicer places in the same block.

The location was great! Right across the street from the market and a central location for walking to main attractions. Lots of traffic noice early in the morning due to central location. Beds are SUPER hard, no bounce or cushion to them at all. We had issues with having hot water, the shower curtains do not go all the way down to the bottom of the shower, so the water gets out and you have a super wet bathroom floor. No iron, hair dryer or coffee maker. The man working the counter on the Night Shift was a little rude when we would ask for help. You get no extra towels, even if you use them to dry the water coming out of the shower.

No parking lot for my car. I had to park my car far from the hotel.

Pros: Location was brilliant! I was going to stay further out but with the heat etc. It really pays to be right in the center. The room was always cleaned daily and the staff were very friendly and helpful. No AC but big fan in room and the evenings are cooler anyway. Cons: Hard bed and VERY low powered shower, but hot. What you would expect from that star hotel. Only thing I think the hotel could change for cheap is the pillows, very lumpy and old, please get new ones!

No ac in the room all they had was a fan If you need hot water you need to call them to be turn on.

There was good internet. It’s quite noisy. And the rooms were a bit smelly.
