very helpful staff - absolutely no wifi and signal in my room! - hair on the sink when i first checked in - cockroach in the room!! - all the interior in the room was very old - when i checked in 4 lights our of 6 were out of order and nor working. after informing the staff he was very nice to come up immediately and changed the lighbulbs, but 4 of them??

Location is central A member of the staff tried to charge us the taxes twice and then we got a refund. Insects in the room. Very old bathroom that needs renovation.

Staff was friendly and the location was good (close to the markets). Wi-Fi wasn’t great. People in other rooms was very loud and the staff didn’t act on it. The room was a bit outdated.

This hotel was basic, but it was clean, well located, and very friendly - even though I do not speak Spanish and no one in the hotel spoke English, it was just fine. My bed was super comfy, the housekeepers were charming, and the front desk was great. And an amazing taco stand popped up outside every night. I would stay here every time, and I normally go for a 4 star minimum. Great value and nice stay! Nothing

Woke up to the house keeping lady talking loud in the hallway before 8 am. I had to open the door to make them know I was still in the room. They did not apologize and kept still talking but not for much longer. The bathrooms can get a little slippery when you shower, I wished they provided an extra towel for the floor. Overall, everything was great.

located close to the Center and Markets I had no Wi-Fi. The room was clean, efficient, but lacked atmosphere. The neighborhood was quiet at night. After the stores closed, there seem to be little traffic on the street. I wondered if it was safe?

The location is good, in the centre near the markets. The room gets cleaned daily and they have fresh drinkable water available. We got a room with no windows, which made it damp and dark. The hot water runs out in a few minutes. It’s old and needs an update, especially for the prices they ask. Feels more like an old roadside motel.

they did not have a room for me and they got one from a nearbly hotel it was a mess no booking room waiting for us

It was close to the most important places to visit my family loved it we really enjoyed.
