Felt like a secluded (and safe) paradise in the middle of a very busy city. Beautiful landscaping in entry and walkways. Room was spotless, comfortable and well decorated. The room smelled amazing (like essential oils). We had an upstairs room, not sure what downstairs rooms were like. Nice, small patio. Liked all the "extras"...free drinks in mini fridge, free little bottle of Mezcal, cool take home water bottle, instant espresso machine in room. Included breakfast was AMAZING and the gal who prepared and served was so sweet. Far enough out of the busy center that we felt like it wasn't "touristy", but easy to walk to city center with loads of cafes, restaurants, bars, etc.. We had a car and we were able to park outside very close to the hotel on the city street, no problem.

The breakfast was delicious and each day different. The patio was such a great place to relax and eat and the cook/server was such a sweet woman.

Everything! The minute the door opens into their garden and you smell the flowers and hear the birds, you know you’ve made the right decision. Our terraced room was spacious, comfortable and serene. Don’t miss Breakfast each morning! as it’s one of the best in Oaxaca! Would have liked a softer pillow.

Room very clean with extra drinks and snacks. Service was excellent and so was the breakfast that was served. All requests (such as taxi) were handled promptly by office staff. I would HIGHLY recommend!! We really like everything. Maybe add extra blanket, it was a little chilly at night but everything else was perfect!

Unfortunately the hotel is on a main thoroughfare so it can get noisy in the morning . Lots of loud motorcycles and trucks. But it's quiet most other times of the day. The bathroom sink area was a little small but we managed.

Pretty room, v comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast Only that the road the hotel is on is quite busy

First and foremost, the staff. They were very helpful and friendly. Second, the facility is clean, quiet and modern. Although it is a walking distance from the city center, we would have liked to been closer

The shower flow was inadequate

Nice location on the edge of town, very friendly staff, lovely courtyard, breakfast area with really good food.

Staff is very friendly, accommodating, and attentive. Vegetarian breakfasts, but still a good breakfast.
-
Delightful rooms with private outdoor space. Lively central courtyard for breakfast.

Room was quiet, bed comfortable. Staff hard working and very helpful. If the hotel were half the price, I would have rated it as good, but for the price you pay - the facilities, the ambiance, the quality - do not match the expectation at all. We stayed at the ground floor garden room, which was very humid and smelled musty. Could not air it out because of mosquitoes outside. Clothes and bedding dampish. Shower is awful, water alternated between burning hot and cold, shower design allows water to splash out and adds to the high humidity in the room. Shower shows wear and tear, and the wooden floor smells. Room spacious but lacks ambiance. Breakfast starts at 8:30, but most tours pick up at 8am. so you miss breakfast. Just not worth the money you spend imho.

Breakfast everyday was different and delicious. Yolanda the chef was amazing. Front desk Carlos and Alma were very helpful and so nice. I liked being away from the craziness of the zocalo and there are lots of fun markets, shops, bars and restaurants very close and walkable. Enjoyed my stay very much. Thank you

Great breakfast every day, lovely staff, clean quiet rooms. The grounds are lovely.

We loved all things about this property!
-
The room was very humid; there were too many mosquitoes to keep the windows open.
-
Lovely hotel, cool vibe, delicious breakfast, atsy boutique hotel. Better ventilation in bathroom and more shelving in bathroom
-
The greenery, give a welcoming vibe. Especially after you go through the metal door.? I enjoy the tranquility. Perfect escape from the city. The bed, a little too firm for my liking.

Breakfast was delicious, they served local food, the portions were a good size, and beautifully presented. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless, and the scent of fresh-cut lilies greeted us upon arrival. Nothing

The location was perfect and the room was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was excellent but could have starting serving a little earlier. 8:30 can be too late.
