The property was in the best neighborhood with the cutest shops and restaurants, and we absolutely loved it! The property is adorable. There is nothing that we didn’t like about it.

Lovely and quiet place to stay. Easy walk to the main tourist areas of Oaxaca, and on a very quiet street. Filtered water on site so morning coffee making was a breeze.

Really beautiful location as right across the street from what seems an ancient aqueduct. A nice local restaurant nearby. Quiet. Absolutely tranquiility., Privacy. Cleanliness. Comfortable bed. Great hot water. Nice staff. A really nice stay. The view from the room is of a wall, which was disappointing, but the patio right outside the room is inviting, calm and pleasant. May also be a good idea to have some information available on arrival about local restaurants, like a list.

The best part of our stay was the location. It's on a charming, cobble-stoned street with little car traffic. Close enough to good restaurants and in the center of town, plus very close to the actual neighborhood of Xochimilco. The place was very clean and the water pressure and hot water were good (mostly - water pressure would diminish at times, but it was only temporary). Overall it was a good stay, though I don't know if it's because we were there during the second half of October that the price seemed high for what you get compared to other, past stays in Oaxaca (this was our fourth stay in Oaxaca). WiFi was terrible: the connection would drop off regularly and it was frustrating to reconnect. I found myself turning WiFi off and just using the cellular network so I could have a stable connection. The connection went down completely at one point for over 12 hours. We were told that it was a telecom/ISP issue, but the internet was working fine at the café up front (I went down to the patio to use theirs and it worked just fine). Some hours later we noticed them working on the router, at which point the WiFi connection was re-established (it was still unstable and unreliable, however). If you need to work remotely, do not stay here. Our other complaint is that the bed was not comfortable and the pillows were lumpy. We did not sleep well. Also, the curtains do not block out light, so it gets very bright early in the morning. There are lights outside the room, but we were able to turn those off at night, so they were not a problem at night. As mentioned, this was our fourth stay in Oaxaca. There are many, better options for the price. I would not have been as critical if the price had been lower (I believe that you usually get what you pay for).

Lovely courtyards, great location, clean, very helpful and responsive staff that made parking accommodations and helped with our luggage on a travel day. Could use extra pillows on the bed for reading. The bathroom had some plumbing issues, but staff were responsive. It would have been nice to know when they would need to work on the plumbing, rather than it being unexpected when staff would be in our room.

location, cleanliness, its a cozy place I didn't expect more than I got

Great location, quiet at night and close to everything. The staff is friendly and helpful. The noise of the staff early in the morning, the noise or the other guests late in the evening, no staff present at night.
-
Excellent location, very close to the historic center with a pedestrian street, yet slightly outside of the busy turistic place. The place is quiet, with a nice inner court where breakfast can be taken.

Centrally located, staff was super accommodating to our needs and were great help finding car rental and further needs
