It’s a beautiful and easily location!! Great people and staff Nothing

On gloomy days hot water was scarce. I understand the hotels' use of solar panels, but backup water heaters could help the situation. Otherwise, service, location and travel experience was great.

We really like this hotel. Charmingly rustic in the street level and very modern, large and comfortable room. Front desk staff was helpful but not friendly.

Everything! Locations, all the plants throughout, rooms were spacious & cute, beds were comfortable, welcoming Mezcal was nice. Nothing

We loved the location…easy walking distance to the Zocalo and many/most of the in town attractions. Notwithstanding a view that looked out at a cement wall (which at least was painted), I liked our room which was spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was especially appreciated for its wonderful shower and sink vanity with storage which allowed for plenty of room for two of us to spread out. Although situated right in the middle of the city, we slept with our windows wide open every night and it was very quiet. The staff was always pleasant though not all spoke English which was problematical at times. I found the appearance somewhat shabby looking. It could definitely use a coat of paint. The interior courtyard which should have been a delight was always dark and the large tree in the center sort of “took over” the space. We often came back to the room at 3 or so to rest and the room had not yet been “made up”.

Location was amazing, staff was so so lovely, kind, and super helpful. All clean and nice. Great food. The communal areas are so pretty and well curated. They sell cute things like little artisanal bags and necklaces and that's cute. A bit noisy early in the morning, like we could hear kids playing at like 7am which wasn't great for our jetlag, but it was not like that all the time just in the morning for an hour or so. The bed was a bit too small and the room was clean and good size but the tv didnt work.

Great location, staff and loved the bathroom amenities. A little noise from the street but only because the location of our specific room.

I liked the lobby/bar area, it was pleasant and the staff were friendly We were given the wrong room, in which tv did not work. The next night we were switched to the correct room however there was a leak above one of the bed, therefore were switched again. I was not offered compensation for not receiving the room I had originally paid for, and having to move to smaller room.

Staff and location were excellent Room was on the street and noisy. The courtyard was not kept clean. We were right behind the front office and could even hear the office phone ringing. No breakfast was provided. I was charged for some milk for coffee in the room (which had only chemical whitener). The listing claims a hotel shuttle but really they just call a cab and it costs more than hailing one yourself.

The garden patio was especially nice, including great breakfast and drinks

Within walking distance of great restaurants, churches and the old town. Needs to be better maintained. Peeling paint and cold showers. There were also issues with my reservation which were frustrating to get resolved.

The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. Nothing

We absolutely love staying at this hotel—it feels like a home away from home every time we visit. The décor is beautiful, tasteful, and welcoming, creating a cozy yet elegant atmosphere throughout the entire property. The food is consistently amazing, with every meal full of flavor and beautifully presented. Whether it’s breakfast, dinner, or just a light snack, you can taste the care and quality in every bite. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible service. Juan Carlos and Gabriel are simply the best—always greeting us with warm smiles and making us feel genuinely cared for. Their presence brings such a homey and comforting vibe that keeps us coming back. We can’t recommend this place enough. Can’t wait for our next visit!
