A classic building with lovely decor, art, courtyard, chandeliers, pool. Excellent service! Restaurant and coffee shop were very good. Filtered water provided. Location was excellent near the Zocalo, but room was dark, quiet, air conditioned.

The Hotel is located a block from the main plaza of Oaxaca, and I was impressed with the appearance and facilities of the Naura. Room was extra large and include all animates and toiletries. In addition, the front desk staff and services personnel were extremely friendly and willing to assist with any request. None

Service at restaurant and front desk was very good! We had a problem with hot water in our room and they switched us to another room. Problem fixed! Very clean and comfortable. Loved that there was a shuttle available from airport to hotel and vice versa. Made it very convenient for our group. Wish there were more toiletries provided like lotion. Not a deal breaker. Also would have appreciated a little fridge. The coffee maker was wonderful! A little noisy when you're located around the common area downstairs next to the restaurant. But being heavy sleepers it was not a big problem. All in all it was a good experience!

By booking here we got 2 complimentary drinks!! You get complimentary coffee in the room. But the coffe at the bar was really good. You can walk almost everywhere. When we arrived they give us the farthest room, and the one where above us there was construction going on. Hammering was extremely loud. But they changed us to another room.

Great location, great staff, nice rooms, good room service. A little more expensive than I expected.

Nearly everything was good to great here. Location was convenient and central, but street noise wasn't bad considering proximity. Check in and out were easy, the hotel itself is beautiful and has an old-world colonial elegance. There was one problem that kept my rating from being higher. We specifically chose this hotel for the air conditioning as we were traveling the next day and wanted to be well-rested. The problem was that the mini-split AC unit in the room was malfunctioning. In addition to not cooling well, it made an extremely loud clicking noise that keep us awake most of the night, until we finally turned it off, but because the window didn't open, that left the room still and muggy. It was too late to request a different room when we discovered the problem. I did report it to staff upon check out so that a future guest wouldn't experience the same disappointment and restless night.

We were celebrating our 40th anniversary. To our delight, the room was decorated beautifully when we arrived. The location was amazing. It was great to take a break at the pool in the afternoon after a long morning sightseeing. There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property. I would highly recommend it to our friends.
-
Although the interior room was quiet of street noise and dark, any hallway noise was quite loud inside the room. Surprisingly, there was a decent amount of hallway noise at the wee hours of the morning that woke us up.

The Hotel Nauro Centro is a lovely old hotel that is located perfectly to explore Oaxaca City. All our favorite restaurants, cafes, markets and museums were within easy walking distance, and the lively zocalo is just down the street, which is wonderful for going to hear live music at night. Every morning, we had delicious coffee and a light breakfast in the cafe at the hotel. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Our room, a king suite, was spacious and comfortable. We liked everything.

Beautiful property , excellent location. Room was spacious and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Boutique Naura Centro. It is centrally located and in walking distance to the zocalo and other attractions. Our room was located just outside the sunny outdoor terrace. It was nice to have a coffee bar downstairs which served delicious drinks and breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Norma, our room attendant kept our room spotless. The wardrobe in our room could use a light. I suggest a battery operated motion light.
